Each time there has been a positive update over the last few months there have been fewer and fewer sellers each time. We're also in the midst of a bull flag consolidation, staying above the 20, 50, 100 and 200 moving averages. Overall this has a solid "buy" signal.

Let’s look at the numbers as of 2026:

Mbe: 870k oz (growing toward 1.2-1.5Moz).

Bibemi: 460k oz (heading for mining license).

Total attributable gold is nearly 1.5 million ounces. Yet, the market cap often sits at a fraction of the peer-group EV/oz metrics. In a $5,000 gold market, these ounces are worth exponentially more than they were two years ago. The rerate potential is massive once the "frontier discount" erodes.

Beyond the gold in Africa, Oriole holds a 1.2% Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) on the Muratdere copper-gold project in Turkey.

Status: The project has secured Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval and is moving toward construction.

Value: Over the life of the mine, this royalty could return $7-8 million+ to Oriole.

Liquidity: The company is exploring upfront monetisation—meaning they could sell this royalty to a fund for immediate cash.

At the current market cap, the value of this royalty alone could potentially cover a huge portion of the entire company's valuation.

Most investors forget that Oriole has a significant "free-carried" interest in Senegal. Partnered with Managem Group (who recently opened the Boto Gold Mine nearby), Oriole retains an approximate 35-41% interest in the Senala project.

Upside: An exploration target of up to 650,000 oz exists across the license.

The "junior miner death spiral" usually involves endless dilutive capital raises. Oriole has avoided this via a strategic earn-in deal with BCM International, a massive African mining contractor.

Investment: BCM is investing up to $8 million at the project level to earn 50% of Bibemi and Mbe.

Validation: A Tier-1 contractor like BCM doesn't commit $8m lightly; it’s a massive vote of confidence in the geology.

Bonus: Oriole receives $1 million cash bonuses at 1Moz, 2Moz, and 3Moz resource milestones.

This means the drills keep turning without Oriole needing to "rinse" retail shareholders every few months.

I would expect a fair value 2-3p when the licence comes in Q2. If there's more results from Pokor and/or Ndom then there's a pathway to 4-6p if you consider all assets in my view. There was a broker note a while ago that said all realised assets fair value is over 6p

While Mbe is the "discovery engine," Bibemi is the "production pathway." Located in Northern Cameroon, Bibemi already hosts a 460,000 oz JORC resource at 2.06 g/t Au.

Recent 2025/2026 milestones:

PEA Success: A Preliminary Economic Assessment confirms a technically robust 7-year open-pit mine concept.

Licensing: An Exploitation Licence (Mining Permit) application is in the final negotiation stages with the government.

Milestone: Approval of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) has already been secured.

Bibemi is de-risking by the day, moving Oriole from "explorer" to "developer" status.
