A 6 mln share sell without moving the price? Whoever is absorbing these shares seems to have a limitless appetite. Sooner or later we'll find out who's involved here, but right now, I wouldn't mind seeing Mr 3 mln and his cousin Mr 6 go find another share to bother. (None of the ones I hold, thank you.)

Doesn't BlackRock still hold about 300mln warrants? Not sure exactly how warrant exercise works, but could they be selling forward prior to exercising?

Alan - Pence is clearly not Dutch. If he were Dutch, he would have spelled Vonk's name correctly. It's Vonk, not Vonks. Any Dutch person would know that, because Vonk is a fairly common Dutch name.

Prempunn - most likely a classic case of "buy on the rumour, sell on the news", nothing more than that. The approval was already built into the price when it happened. News that's expected isn't news and rarely gets more than a knee-jerk reaction, if that.

This market is so thin that every little trade moves the market. KZG is the only share I know where doing a £1000 trade can land you in trouble for market manipulation. On the other hand, for very little money, you can be a master of the universe controlling the market.

There ARE other sellers in the market, you know.

I've always said that we shouldn't expect any news out of this company until we've seen a few days of GC's "advance guard" in there buying. Today's orders are interesting and may mark the beginning of something good, but aren't yet convincing. Still, they're not to be ignored.

Now I know why I'm underwater on this one! Haha

This is a good RNS. I stick by my earlier suggestion that Larry's primary goal is to build the long-term future of the company. His secondary (and closely related) goal is to see that his 6p options pay off, and not just a little.

I'd call it a buy because it was a higher price than the previous sell. Another sell in that quantity would have been at a lower price. I imagine that, even after offloading 1mln shares, the MMs still have a pretty full book at a loss. If you were a MM, would you want to buy more?

Fortitude, I've made clear my positive view of this company many times and, despite the BoD's best efforts to dissuade me, I still believe (barring any funny business by GC) that things will come right, perhaps very, very right sooner than we expect.

Good that Tidswell did the honourable thing. I hope this whole mess is cleared up quickly and he can resume his position as chairman. The fact that operationally nothing really changes is positive and the market reaction is fully justified. Like others, I believe Tidswell never intended those shares to be sold and he honestly believes he has be wronged. I suppose we'll have to wait for the outcome of the lawsuit (if there is one) to find out. But I still would like to know two things as soon as possible:
- Will the 10mln shares have to be returned to Tidswell, i.e., bought back?
- Under what circumstances, if any, would the other 30mln be sold?

Why don't we just wait for the facts to emerge before jumping to any conclusions. But those facts had better emerge very quickly.

Well, like everyone else, I'm way underwater on this one (not quite as bad as you, Richard, but painful enough) so I think I'll wait it out. I've already mentally written off the loss until now, so if I hold, I have a chance of making a good profit, while my further possible losses are capped at 1.5p. Since I really do believe what I said in my previous posts, I think that's a fairly attractive bet. Even my wife agrees with me on this. And she has never liked Kennedy/Kazera and wanted to sell at 10p, but she's kind enough not to remind me about it too often. Just every time the sp goes down again.

I'm with Steven49 and Fortitude on this. I have always believed that since LJ joined the company, far more has taken place behind the scenes than we've been told. I still have the feeling, like Fortitude, that the longer-term future of the company is being put in place and that when we're finally told about it, the move up will be very rapid indeed. Exactly what that long-term future is, of course, still a mystery, but I'm willing to bet it includes either a JV partner (preferable) or sale of Aftan. My one big fear is that, as I've said before, GC will do a dirty on us. He and his mates will do very nicely out of the deal and the rest of us will get screwed. But if he plays a clean game, I think we will all come out of this far better than anyone expects right now.

Has anyone noticed that the interims have been on the company's website since yesterday morning?

If there is an RNS with some good news, you don't suppose there's a link bewteen the RNS and our mystery buyer of a couple of weeks ago and Tracarta's recently increased holding, do you?
