With a rise in sp of 30% starting mid afternoon,news must be coming in the next day or two on either an offer or other interested parties expressing interest

Still holding 10.5k shares on this.Yeah,seems something is afoot with them and would guess by tomorrow or Monday we should have a clearer and hopefully rising picture!

Have been holding 30000shares in this at 29.5p since Oasis received an approach which they rejected.They subsequently had an offer of 36p which they also rejected.Anyone have an insight into this one please

Trades on this particular takeover bid have been remarkably quiet over the past few days.Volumes low on Friday and all appeared to have been sales yet price on bid rose.Today light trade and mostly buys,yet the ask drops over 2p?

Do you have any info on Jamster(Apart from the fact they are an annoying ring tone co!)Do you have a view on whether the Chinese market is what tickled their fancy and if other such companies may sniff around,particularly if as you state Jamster is the first bidder on the block.Have Jamster the clout to come forward with the necessary cash bearing in mind they are not a PLC?

Firstly,regarding MOB,I would put the drop down to panic selling.You will note sales are reasonably small numbers and buys are large(One for 123k).Would expect this share to recover the lost ground during the day.I personally will sell when it goes to perhaps 75p,as volitility will be around bearing in mind conditions attached to the current offer.Likewise maybe a second suitor or more may appear.Everyone is working in the dark on the offer price until it is revealed.Regarding NAD,as you state turnover of 4m and a loss of 310k.With no overhead the company would be profitable and that is my very reason for saying a takeover could be on the cards and as such the shares are a steal at .0035 level.Maybe you have different views?

Currently in on OSH and have been for the past couple of months.Bought 30,000 at 29.5p,and whilst the SP is below that you will note they have rejected a 36p offer.My guess is that an increased offer will be received and I intend to sell at that stage.Have 1.25million NAD which I bought at.0022p and they are showing a healthy profit(Approx 50%)Intend selling when they go further north.My last investment is SMR where I have 72,500 at 13p.Been taking a battering all year and currently down 33% on my buy price.High Court action over disputed 3G Licence is in progress and I have word that things are not going to plan.However they shares were at 18p proir to being awarded the licence,so they should by right return to that level at sometime in the future if Court action goes pear shaped.I have been watchinf EME but so far have not invested.Think they could be the next MOB in terms of value.How about your investments?

Sold at 70p at 13.39 even though the spread at the time was 68.26 - 70p,and the trade shows as a buy? Must be a shortage of shares about.Holding the remaining shares until I see how the land lies

Have half of my holding (10,500) on sell instructions at 70p for the remainder of the day.Just missed the 71p bid,and it went down to 69p but sure to go above again I would reckon.That covers my original 21,000 buy,so the remaining 10,500 shares are profit when sold

If I were you I would pass on this one.Bid situations can sometimes just be tyre kickers trying to get a cheap deal.If the bid fails the share price drops back and you are left holding on for another opportunity.Remember you bought last time at 48p and saw your investment fall to 36p.I have no doubt had you held on another day you would be eying up a sell at somewhere near the current level,so you now have to ask yourself why would you buy in at a price you would have been happy to sell at.Hope I am making sense

Still holding.Nice to see an offer approach and another large spike to the price.Watching brief for me and the past couple of days has shown me that the action on these shares happens at Noon approx.My view is that small investors are taking a handy profit and some heavy hitters will appear this afternoon or tomorrow.In saying that,I may sell a portion of the shares if I am uneasy later today.My opt out price yesterday was 60p,but the bid situation has changed that view

Glad to have gotten it wrong with the closing SP earlier.Still in and watching the eagle soar.Currently on a 40% profit from Friday purchase.Well done on your own £300 profit.A lot better than Fridays £720 paper loss was looking at its lowest ebb

You will have noticed that trading was extremely light up until 11.45,with only 46k shares going through.Activity has seen the price rise to 46p ask and now settled back to 44p.Taking a daily view on these.Would see the price end the day higher at perhaps 45p mid range.Have a price of 60p in my mind,which is a 60% profit level.

Lucky with the purchase,as the trades were under 100,000 shares when they dropped to bottom level today.Yet nearly 2million traded at close.Will be interesting to see how next week pans out.

Finally in with a buy of 3,000 @ 37.5p and 18,000 at 38p.Lets see how these perform!!

Dont really know.Use NCB Stockbrokers over here,and as i said they appear to charge whatever they like on smallish trades.With a 60 euro minimum charge they are basically saying they are only interested in handling buy/sales in excess of £4,000 sterling.Additionally,I am charged a half to one per cent Transfer Fee on all transactions.

Still not in on these yet.Price seems to fluctuate a good deal.Am considering putting a price figure of 45p buy in and taking my chance at thst level,with a sell price of 80p.Thanks for the price levels with UK brokers.Not sure if I can achieve those rates over here though.

Not as yet.Watching and only 2p movement upward.That kind of upward trend can be easily reversed.Will look again in the morning.Do see these as easy money,and have set myself an 80p exit escape.I deal in euro from Ireland and my broker charges me a minimum 60 euro charge per transaction or 1% whichever is the greater so any trading I do is always over 4,000 sterling.Have you better conditions available?

I note you make mention to Addleisure paying £11m in stock for 90% of this acquisition.This is incorrect.They have paid a total of £737,500,satisfied by 11.25m shares at 5p(which is over twice todays current level and three times yesterdays close)plus 3.5m warrents at the same price

Looks like your prediction of 40p share price proved correct,and tomorrow is the day to get back in again.I bought at 60p sold at 75p after a couple of days and am back in tomorrow when I see if there is anymore weakness
