Have to reinvest profits at this level of sp.The next 12,000 buy to appear will be mine. Hve been watching these since I sold out some weeks ago and trade levels have been quite light.Likewise the sp rises and falls somewhat,but I can see no reason why they cannot rise to 80ish over the course of the next couple of days,even if nothing is announced..My only concern is that it is five weeks since MOB announced a possible buyer,and usually an offer is made or the suitor vanishes inside that period.

And if I were Surthurst I would have made sure an rns was issued! Why pay twice the price for a share when an rns will halve the price.Surthurst may not have formally made an approach but with their continued stake building may not be far off doing so.There is never smoke without fire and this may prove to be the case here.I wonder if Surthurst have contacted any other major stakeholder with a view to buying them out?

Davius.AKI did rise to 72p short term on Wednesday on the release of an rns,but 20000 sales saw the sp drop back down again

Pondered when the spread was 22-27p.Happier now that the spread has narrowed and have taken a plunge with 19,000.Postings from pros have steered me to these and all very supportive of a rise in sp.Once again a sick share price where the only way forward is upward

Perhaps the larger trades are cross overs as these shares are pretty illiquid,and purchases of those amounts would shake up the sp.Sales are pretty few and far between,and I would say they are people who bought at the lower level last week simply exiting and taking a small return on investment.Likewise 1.38million shares equates to 4.6% of the isuued capital and would require an announcement

re Davius post.The amount of trades each day has been remarkably low for a takeover target.When they did reach mid 90s I sold out my remaining shares and watched the price drop to low 80s only to rise again to mid 90s on low volume again.This share I see seesawing until such time as a formal bid emerges,and it has been taking its time to show its face.I think that if a bid above £1 was about the share volume and price would reflect it.So far I have not seen it

Respect your views,and yes it is somewhat of a Nadlan except as you say the nad % drop was more severe.Am not one who holds shares long term,three months is a max unless they have done the magic earlier.I would be happy with a 40% return on this one which means 80p

Have made an investment into this share(7,000@57p)on the basis that it is an illiquid share and the price has more than halved because an investor dumped 150,000 shares at a quarter of the sp yesterday.Already nearly 300,000 shares have traded and most appear to be buys.I would guess in the coming days a number of directors will have topped up their holdings and the sp will rise.Additionally,there are very few trades in this share which came to the market in late March this year,and the market cap of this company has plummeted from over 30million to 15million because of this particular transaction.

A "told me so and I listened Moment"!! Glad to have sold out at 93p on Friday,and yes I will be watching with interest for sharp falls.As you state,small levels of trading and later today should tell its own story

Rejection made six weeks ago,and shares back to where they were post first approach.Still feel that having rejected a 36p bid they might come back with an improved offer.Either way Oasis business model seems good,and with Dentists whos to say a grouping are not planning a buy out.Anyway hope springs eternal! Have you any views on my proposed investment in OXS?Feel this one might be a MOB type return in the short term.

Out at 4.23pm on the remaining shares at 93p.Now we can both watch and see if a bid materialises and if not back in on the drop! Monday will be interesting for us with NAD.My only other current share is OSH but that might be a long way off a profit.Have made a footnote to follow OXS which could be an interesting new kid on my block

Think I have had a good run on these and have decided to put the remaining 5,000 on offer at 93p for the rest of the day.A 115% profit over two weeks is something I can live with and my guess is that any offer cannot be much above this.Likewise I will not be crying over spilt milk if the offer is unduly generous.Now is time to thing of a further investment but today is not the day.Too often I have thrown profits at snap decisions.Older and wiser is the philosophy!

Heeded your suggestion,and have sold on 5,500 at 93p.Still holding 5,000 and will take a view as to what I should do with these either later today or wait to see if anything further on Monday.Perhaps a 90p offer is fair bearing in mind the share price was 40% of that two weeks ago?

Hi Davius.Are the rumours from the press or have they eminated from another area? Trades are over the possible price scenario currently and I still hold my shares.Re NAD yes nice to see them rise even if the spread is wide and likewise the volumes are high even if they do appear to be even buys and sells
