I also spoke to MGMT via email over the weekend and I too found that, in my own personal opinion, they had an answer and a plan for everything

obviously if prices continue to fall from now until 2021/22 and there is no demand/rise then likely, we wouldn't be able to go into production or if we did margins would be a lot smaller than expected, however its highly likely that this will not be the case and by the look of it they have a plan to reduce costs quite considerably, so if as predicted, the prices increase, we could be sitting on an absolute gem

Fun Fact: Did you know the first electric car was made in 1830, and was very popular until around the early 1900's, when it became clear that gas powered cars were far superior in performance, distance and speed

The demand for REE will increase, already we are seeing more and more motorcycles making the change to electric, most public transport is now electric

in Fact in 2015 there were around 50,000 registered EV vehicles in the UK, however in 2018 there are now almost 200,000 registered EV vehicles, a considerable increase of 300% (Source: SMMT, OLEV, DfT Statistics; Analysis: Next Green Car, January 2019)

And it gets better, just look at some of these numbers for the first 6 months of 2018
Among the fastest growing markets for the first 6 months were China (+105 %), Canada (+168 %), The Netherlands (+126 %), South Korea (+169 %), Spain (+99 %,) Finland (+148 %), Denmark (+691 %), Portugal (+119 %) and Australia (+98 %) (Source http://www.ev-volumes.com/country/total-world-plug-in-vehicle-volumes/)

Also take a look at wind turbine statistics, its not hard to see the increase in almost every single country, adding more wind power in 2017 than in previous years (hard to get 2018 stats but feel free to post if you find any)

It's not conclusive that REE prices will increase, but look at the last line (I've copied below)

"A typical Toyota Prius, for example, uses 25 kilograms (55 pounds) of rare earths, compared to 1 kilogram (2.2 lbs) in a typical combustion-engine vehicle"

That's quite a considerable increase

Well I've managed to get my average down a tad closer to the 2p mark now (oh dear oh dear)

Hopefully the road to glory beings next week, starting with a new Nomad and a nice update showing how 2019 may actually be our year - not to mention funds in the bank from the African folks

Last few weeks I've basically been asking the question, what would happen if the price of REE did not increase and it appears that we have found quite a few examples of how they can reduce costs to bring the $ per KG of operations down to a more favourable level, some of these are unknown (e.g. separation and whether the mined product will be mixed) and some are practical measures that can be put in place (such as having an on site plant, open pit / bulk tonnage operations)

also as the demand for electric vehicles has yet to fully happen (yes we all predict an EV boom, but the demand for rare earths is not nearly there yet) so personally and of course DYOR I do expect REE prices to increase considerably in the next 2-3 years

So based on all that, and being outside of China, again I conclude that MKA is a very rare and very significant project globally given the few amount of rare earth projects worldwide not just outside of china but also fully funded with a clear path to production

So in terms of mixed vs separated, this means that not every tonne mined will always have X% of RRE inside but a general estimate that from say 50m-100m we have X% of element A, B, C, D

I presume in some cases then it would be more profitbale to exclude some of the rare earths from separation and only obtain the expensive (or in demand ones) where we have larger volumes compared to wasting money trying to obtain all rare earths per tonne?

For example PX112 has a very short drill depth with Nd almost double (PPM) that of other drill points yet most of the other rare earths are approximately the same PPM across zones?

So this could be a case where it would be much more profitable to just separate certain REE than waste money doing them all or is that not the case? Is this known as AKA partial separation?

So based on the current drill results which showed best grades to date, will the basket case price now be higher?

So for example if before we average say 1.2% TREO and now we average 1.6% TREO would a safe assumption be that we now can expect a 33% higher basket price (obviously the mineral split would have to be the same but you get the idea)

The $59 estimate is based on the Adamas Forecast which is where they think the prices will be come 2020 (or production) isnt it?

Yes current mineral prices are not very favourable and I would be concerned somewhat if we was going into production today, although did they factor in costs if they have their own separation plant into the 23-26$ per KG cost? Presume that would come down significantly?

As far as I know the TDL110 can’t accurately report location and data in real time but delayed
So the TDL140 which can also geofence and be customised with blockchain, also has this ability
But then we have those little smart sensors which can also be used on air fright?
My guess would be the TDL140 is the Smart Hub (and more expensive solution) to tracking your cargo and for larger items
Those little sensors probably still need to connect to a real time G.P.S. mornitoring product, a bit like AMRA on board a train

Can't we just release the Ebike name and the new watchlock product and be done with it, need some positives right now, there's two straight away!

Hopefully Ebitda+ is better than breakeven, posting over 6m revs is a good achievement and shouldn't be buried into negativity, we're still making progress albeit slower than expected, better than going backwards
