RE: SP27 Nov 2018 15:34
No Idea on Timescales (hoping Q1 2019 for some) but my Diary is awaiting the following
1. E Motorbike Client, this is more for 2019/2020 so hopefully Q1, we released the Helios TT products back in May
2. Concrete No idea
3. Shiptek - Official XLOG Launch is January, only committed to 800 units per annum (see RNS) but recently the potential of the platform (XLOG) has really stepped up, backed by Union Bank, so hopefully 800 units could turn into something a lot bigger - marketing has been outstandin, really came out of nowhere this one
4. CropX / WIMC - orders as per usual
5. Watchlock 3 BlueTooth - Backed by orders, be nice to get it onto the market as until really Q2 2018 we didn't make much from Watchlock so its a nice relatively new revenue stream
6. Bosch - Absolutely no idea, writing it off until a surprise RNS pops up, hopefully released like the Spotsee TDL if that ever happens then great if not shame
7. Pinnacle Kenya - Likely doing the speed govenors for the NTSA hopefully more orders come through
8. Technotron Fuel Monitoring JV - Looks like this could be a good partnership going forward, hopefully helps with the potential 2.5m from the North African government in 2019
9. UN tender - again forget about it, if it comes great if not I dont wanna know
10. Xplosive/Vodacom - not too clued up on this but looks like could offer some revenue in SA
11. Contguard - Hopefully continues to grow, should be in demand with new tobacco legislation and investments should bode well (from CITI)
12. Back to CropX ICL investment they will be looking to establish something in 2019
I am sure there is more, but if you look at each potential deal whilst adding in a pretty much banked 1.8m SAS per annum (hopefully increases to over 2m) then HOPEFULLY we can start consitently bringing in EBITDA+ and 6.5m+ revenues per annum, I think once thats established this becomes a very pretty investment for the bigger players fingers crossed
Interims are the next catalyst, would like to see another order before year end, or even a non-rns type order as think it could really push us over - 2019 could be anywhere from 7m - 10m+ based on current contracts and partners IMO, need to see the iterims first though to be sure of where we are heading, so i'd say thats the next catalyst, I want to see product mix and individual product sales, see how much Kylos, Tetis and Watchlock have contributed, hoping the watchlock range can become a 750K - 1m per annum product, Kylos 2m+ (bosch, cropx), Helios 2m+ (ebikes etc.) and tetis (Contguard, Shiptek, WIMC (I think)) 2m+
Add those in with SAS and you've got a lovely business going
