RE: Market Cap 6.4mill1 Nov 2018 10:45
A lot of the unknown is the only catch, as nothing gets RNSd - thankfully the BOD have started doing quarterly updates (I hope for one this month) so we can keep track a little better of whats going on
But the unknown, added to what we know, is what makes it potentially very undervalued
3.1m H1 revs without new motorbike client, bosch retail release of new TDL and any singificant new contracts (so pretty much existing clients contributed to the 3.1m - which bodes well)
They mentioned they are attracting higher quality clients and are becoming the 'go to company' and its not surprising why when you see them named next to the likes or OrbComm and Honeywell, not to mention compass intel named them in the top 15 (their MCAP was around 10-15x less than some of the lowest on the list!)
There's a lot of catalysts for a big revenue increase, but patience has been required as a lot of this has taken longer than expected (Trails, testing, investment into other companies such as ICL into CropX, CITI into Contguard, Shiptek etc.)
Hopefully 2019 all of these mature and start contributing significant revenues, plus another deal or two and we will flying - I think CropX has made the biggest strides of them all, the ICL investment is huge and the company seems to have now broken into the Australian market quite significantly
Even if the new Bosch deal (which still has 2 years left) added 1m revs it would swing us into a healthy profit, the scope of this deal is enormous and once they start marketing it (hopefully... I must add) then the endorsement and referalls could be a game changer
tech moves fast though - but good to see our tech constantly improving
I remain very bullish for 2019
