So for a start that 50/50 agreement is banished, we sold 6000 watchlocks last year in Kazahstan, since we work closely with silk way monitoring, I'd presume that was down to STAR sales and not MultiLock, could have doubled our revenue on that order...

I for one am happy to see us moving forwards with our own, more advanced padlock

I've said it all though 2018, if the padlock range can generate 1m per annum then its done its Job, looking at the specification of the new product, I dont see why this is not possible to achieve
Just for comparison, Watchlock was 6% of hardware revenue in 2017... around 200-250K... it really is a new revenue stream and it would appear, the market might be finally catching on to the vast amount of revenue streams now coming into Starcom - all providing SaaS

What's view on MCAP if they get a production deal?
Estimates saying 60-65% debt to equity
Producing 1.6m of free cash flow over the life of the mine, you'd think MCAP would be quite considerably higher - what if worse case scenario, a deal where they have to give up 90% of the project... nickel price say $14,000 - that would be what 5-7m free cash flow per annum... so still potentially undervalued, or am I way off?

Market is ignoring the level of exposure that Starcom has achieved in the last 12 months

Since Bosch announcement (in Sep 2018) we've signed up two, north american clients to the Kylos product, ICL (who are absolutely massive) and CubeMonk, who are a start-up

Zero announced in Feb 2019, since then we have seen Starcom working with DAV on their latest e-scooters - give it time and more will come on board, it's very simple, if you need GPS/Anti Theft/Remote Upgrades/Lowest Power Consumption in the industry, you're calling Starcom - same if you need Real-Time accurate monitoring of Cargo (Kylos)

The clients will come, gonna be big year IMO (not investment advice, do your own research)

Decided to get involved, just looks like too much of an opportunity with 2 assets, one ready for production, should be a decent stream of newsflow, and of course a potential multibag come year end if they get a good financing package/offtake agreements etc.

It's a very good project that will/has surely attracted a lot of attention, the speed of the BoD does not concern me as it appears this is the key moment in the entire history of HZM and they need to make sure they get it spot on, compared to peers it looks very competitive and nickel is already up 19% in 2019

One of the main things that I look for is when a LTH who has a much higher average than the current SP is still very bullish, and pleased with the BoD performance to date - nothing worse than LTH saying 'cant wait to get my money back and get out' - dont get that here, everyone is very bullish and happy to hold, GLA hope it comes good

All looks very good now, even at current nickel price compared to producing peers this is a no brainer for anyone interesting in starting their own production, one would presume they will have many offers, only takes 2 interested parties to start a bidding war and get a great deal for HZM
Of course if the nickel price rises then it looks even more sweet, surely any party interested in funding this will also have a bullish view on nickel therefore will want this deal done in 2019

I am truly stunned at the SP

Great news today, Talaxis look fully invested (literally) both financially and personally showing enthusiasm in their comments

Just need to progress on with the findings and conclusions in the report now, and hopefully the RE prices rise in the meantime as everyone forecasts they will

Regardless of the SP, unless your looking to sell today and move on from the company, frustrating, but not going to let a market reaction spoil my mood that Talaxis have invested a second tranche and we are now full steam ahead to phase 3, where an investment on those terms might make 7M looks like petty change!

Still think there will be an offer to buy all of the shares at some point, whether that comes from Talaxis or a third party - should be in high demand now

Key notes:-
1. The stock was trading above $2.20 in early December, but in recent weeks before the Wesfarmers bid emerged was as low as $1.54
2. Lynas said its key assets included its position as "the only significant" rare earths miner and processor outside of China, and its Mt Weld ore body - a long life Tier 1 asset

Why would you bid a 35% premium?

Mkangos valuation needs to be seriously recalculated IF/WHEN this money comes in

Whats the expectation here over the next 2 years?
I like the industry, they have some solid projects coming up and some great tech
Previous investment already undervalues them, so just need to realise the potential

Need to have a big sit down with Cropx over the next few months, many win win situations available for both parties and can really accelerate sales to considerably high levels, very quickly

In terms of finding funding for the construction and operation of the mine, are they currently in negotiation?

I presume the longer the negotiation goes on, the better it could be for HZM and the higher the nickel price the more leverage they have?

Surprised not to see some of these projects snapped up, whats the expected payback period for something like this, would clients be satisfied with a 4-5 year payback period (at current price)
