BoD need to buy shares enmass,as SP is now bending downwards again..Needs a stimulus asap

TUI revealed figures today that were excellent.This augurs well for OTB update tomorrow 🤞

No buying at all from any directors,even at this tiny SP..This suggests no meaningful recovery for some time,so directors do not want to tie up cash in an SP going nowhere.

Shocking figures from Card Factory..Blaming the weather is not on as this would be countered by strong increases in online sales..The shops always have customers inside whenever l go past a branch.This suggests the products are not right,as customers must be leaving store without buying,or buying less.. Something not quite right with this company

I sold today at 368p,for a decent profit..Selling because the fact the company sold less gadgets than they thought they would,made me nervous for the future.. Profitability was higher because of higher margin product sales (which is essentially lucky as not foreseen)

Moving from the Mickey Mouse AIM platform is a very good idea..Many funds and institutions are not allowed to trade Aim shares,as it's too loosely regulated..Look at ASOS v Boohoo.. International investors would get interested also.

If any share starts trending downward bit by bit for three weeks prior to statement,you can use that info to ascertain that trading is a bit dire..Insiders always get first look or hint of what's to come..This is relevant in 85% of cases (but not 100%)

Get real Geordie....Noone is going to touch DM with such an enormous debt pile to pay back.

Not one share bought by MM or anyone on the BoD...(even at this low SP) What does this tell you????

People on here being comforted by someone willing to buy the shares, should also factor in the selling entity was willing to sell at a massive loss to be rid of the shares...Also that no one is coming forward with a takeover,even at recent very low SP..

A1 is great for research and analytical companies,but is the enemy of digital advertising companies...Many companies will use research and analytical info to have their own inhouse A1 tools to do their own adverts...S4 plc has a limited future.

The most important aspect is the outlook comment,as to what's ahead..Here there is nothing positive.The SP will probably be marked down by the Market Makers at the bell.Cant see much buying in light of this statement

Guardian reporting today that ingenuity is four years away from making a profit.Any split probably would involve ingenuity being taken off the stock market and therefore remove the trading losses from the rest of the business.

Terrible manipulation of the SP by the market maker..Sells outnumbered buys by three to one,yet SP went up from 130p to 137p.On a 1p spread.Once this sucked in some punters,the MM kept the buy at 137p but dropped the sell SP to 130p.A 7p spread..This effectively trapped the buyers and stopped them from selling

Need to see some heavy director buying tomorrow..MM needs to bolster up the SP by buying at least one million pounds worth of shares

It all smacks of desperation THG..Lower revenue,and a whopping trading loss £119m...Demerging is good,but positive sentiment has long gone for this moribund company.

Even with this 10% drop,the PE is still sky high in the mid 50s..

Investors are very wary of contract based contractors..Having a multi billion order book,means very little as any mistakes or adjustments and a loss can still occur....Kier are doing good but investors are nervous

I emailed them 3 times,asking if a trading update was being issued on day of AGM...They just ignored my emails

Everyone always says that about every single company whose share price drops substantially..Fear factor means noone can risk holding on,and greed factor means noone can risk selling at a profit in case the SP keeps rising..The drop today is about right relative to the appalling news this morning
