When their is a bid situation,all companies,or business entities are required by law to make public disclosure of their holdings in that company on a standardised form (8.3) This gives clarity on who own what and how much etc etc..It also means the Muppet Rothschild is still persuing TT regardless of outright rejection.

So no statement from Volex saying they are dropping the attempted takeover,this means SP keeps moving downwards until that happens..This in spite of the bid having much lower valuation as result of SP dropping like a stone..TT have rejected a higher,all cash bid yet the Muppet CEO persists..He has a history of stubbornness,fighting in the courts and generally aggravating other boards

Sadly l can see this slowly descending into the+30p area by new year.

There will not be an RNS tonight,as insiders would be buying in anticipation

So TT Electronics have officially rejected the latest bid fro Volex..They have also rejected a higher,all cash offer from another company..This is dead in the water,but damage is done,and market sentiment is now negatively affected,so no big SP recovery..Without the offer today,the SP might have touched £4,but now recovery limited to lowish £3+

With the SP down by nearly 10% there is little or no chance of a takeover happening as the offer is worth less than at 8am this morning...However the damage is done and market sentiment will only partially recover after this facial debt fuelled attempt.

Adastra...Is it no wonder that 82% of retail investors lose money (source FT.com) with so much manipulation allowed by directors and market makers and even house brokers

A disorganised statement from Victoria.No prior notice given and what is the point of a trading update when 6 days later they are announcing half year results..They also need to acquire some PR as too much emphasis playing everything down.

At 8am the SP was marked down by 8% with only a handful of shares traded..The market makers manipulation to suit their needs,..

It seems the SP daily selling is so great recently that l am getting a nagging feeling the company might go into administration.

Investing for income is not always the best way...The MMs automatically reduce the SP by the amount of the dividend distribution..This can panic investors into selling as they see their dividend reduce by the SP fall.

The MMs should let the buyers and sellers determine the SP after a distribution..

The new CEO kitchen sinked the results today,so investors sense the bottom,hence big SP rise...I think the investors are getting it wrong.

I suspect no bid forthcoming tomorrow,but the new CEO might well come up with a good strategy update to lift the shares a bit.

Weird how before any share trades had gone thru,the MMs dropped the SP down to 2664p..Yes broker downgrade but goes to show how MM manipulate the SP rather than let actual trading move the price..

Tomorrow will probably see Sorrell buy a million shares and that might lift the SP by one or two pennies..Then l shall sell for a huge loss as the SP is going nowhere for at least 6 months

It is astonishing that the board bought £722,000 of shares at prices of 45/47.5p before the prospectus document is published..The board are looking at a collective loss of around £60,000..People should not be buying or selling until it's published.
