Losing steam...l think this will finish up 1p today, and then drift around until January/March when it might get a re-rating to mid 50p

Schroeders increase their stake in Sosander.Now hold 13%...They tend to be long term holders in SMEs...

So in early Oct we were told that those not wanting to participate in ingenuity demerger will be compensated with extra THG shares to rebalance the loss of the value of ingenuity ltd...Today we are told we will not be receiving extra shares in THG,instead get unwanted B shares in ingenuity...Am l reading this correctly??

The entity being demerged is worth £88m so once that amount is removed from the balance sheet, THG will be worth £88m less (around 4p less)

No recovery in sight in near term.. Company just about profitable..No director buying..The SP will probably drift down to high 30p and sideways..When business does pick up the SP should move up quickly..What does bother me is wether company has the right design products people might want to buy???

So they have stopped discounting,which means drop of £6m in revenue,but the higher sales prices still meant the company is not trading profitably..Instead losses are reduced in pace..More jam tomorrow,as in last three years with no director buying..Costs will increase as they pay rent, utilities and staff in stores now,plus increase in NI costs ,to my mind this is a five year project..

Bullish..Volex is trying to persuade large shareholders to agree to his takeover..So if LSE grants an extension it means he has succeeded and an official bid would win..If NR has not persuaded enough shareholders,than Volex would not make official bid and retreat..No extension without prior agreements..My feeling is that agreement on 13th would see shares rise on relief it is over,and rise even more if no bid is forthcoming..However any bounce is limited to under 300p as the SP has dropped so much that positive sentiment is affected..Peel Hunt the broker suggested yesterday that if Volex wants to be taken seriously they should move from unregulated AIM,but NR would never agree as the board would have to become independent etc.

Words fail me...On the one hand you say directors own 27% and then say Volex could be taken over..Yet for a takeover to succeed you need 75% acceptance..My maths say 75% + 27% does not make 100%..The directors deliberately hold that amount to prevent any takeover...The board are NRs lackeys..NR runs the company as a sole boss with rubber stamping from the board..No,this is about personal egotistical arrogance..He has allegedly stashed away up to 40b euros in many Swiss accounts,so it's not about money but vanity

Little or no shorting of victoria plc,so most of the selling is genuine..There were several chunky buys yesterday but SP was marked down again...No director buying..

So the Muppet is having a presentation to get on board significant shareholders.He is not changing the offer terms..It's so typical of his previous behaviour in the past,none of which was fully successful..He obviously rubbed up the board of TT from the very start with an arrogant attitude..After the 13/12/24 it has to end as the board will not grant an extension.. Meantime the downward pressure on the SP continues for at least 3.5 weeks more.

Any ideas as to what's driving this firmness in the SP of late???..No director buying,and volumes not large enough for any entity taking a stake in the company

I previously stated a low SP of 285p before bouncing back to 300p when bid is dropped..However this is now set to drag on and the SP incrementally sliding down to around 235p with a bounce to 285p if the egoist ceo drops his pursuit...Even if he succeeds,than a rights issue might be called to bring debt down which would dilute shareholders any

Bullish...NR is arrogant..He does not like to be rebuffed and will keep pursuing regardless..Any billionaire thinks they are invincible..He has form over the last 20 years.. He has been in and out of court on more than one occasion in disputes.

Times newspaper reporting that NR is going hostile in his bid by going direct to big shareholders.This in spite of another company offering 100% cash and a higher amount,which was rejected..NR has a history of this type of manoeuvre,and nearly always failing..However shareholder value damaged with his daft arrogance.. Currently debts are high at Volex,and if this did go thru the debts will become sky high..A dilutive rights issue will have to follow to ease the debt burden.

No director thinks the SP is worth buying at present,so no punters should be thinking of buying either.

So each that goes by without a confirmation of exit from takeover offer,the SP will keep dropping bit by bit.. Therefore the bounce back will end at a lower point..My gut feeling SP will drop down to 285p and then upon takeover offer withdrawn bounce back to 300p..Had they withdrawn on first day of rejection bounce back might have been to 370p..Damage to SP is done
