On Friday Saatchi reported good trading momentum..Today, Monday ,Reach plc reported increased advertising revenue, particularly digital ads...There seems to be a slow upward lift in advertising..S4 plc might well update the market with some positive news...

Saatchi trading update today showing good strength in advertising revenue..This is helping S4 and all other related companies to lift the SP..It is not related to S4 specifically..But it is good news though.

Interactive Investor had a long article about the positive prospects for Victoria plc yesterday..

For several years now we have exact same updates.. Everything doing really well and good prospects going forward etc etc..Notice that at 8p still not one penny of director buying..Having quality stores in upmarket locations is the right idea,but the pace is so very slow,that it will take a long long time before any meaningful profits for the company..Terrible investment by me which l will never break even.

Will THG plc test it's all time low this coming week..Will my shareholding value reduce down to same value as a pint of beer at Wether spoons

I feel sick..So pleased with myself when l sold at 113p for a £5,000 profit and then see it descend to 100p hours later after indifferent trading update..However it soon started to climb and now over 135p.My profit would have been £17,000...Too scared to buy into such a high SP

In the last 5 years or so,many more fertiliser projects have come on stream,creating a glut globally..So much So that the world's largest potash project (under the Yorkshire moors) is under threat of being mothballed by Anglo American plc due to global oversupply and consequent price deflation.This,after they spent £2.5b on developing the area...Supply shortages were temporarily created due to COVID stopping work in the fertiliser mines and prices more than doubled..NEVER invest in mining companies.Their are run by dodgy people operating in dodgy countries with dodgy leaders

Any SP that falls heavily is a massive buying opportunity according to many investors...In fact nearly all buy in at a much lower price, without realising it has much more to drop,and average in at a loss (myself included) Trying to catch a falling knife will only lead to the knife going thru your hand and keep descending..The PE is today at 17,it is too high..Should be around 14 before buying

Outside of ftse 100 share price movements are not always based on buy/sell trades..The market makers manipulate the situation according to whether they have too many or little shares in their holding..They also widen or close the spreads to protect their profits..It's all close to legalised corruption..Today they are trying to frighten and shake out holders into selling...Once enough folks have sold they raise the SP so that people buy high and sell low..

Forest...the SP fall is nothing to do with the trading update..It more macro economic issues.. Slowdown GDP and extra costs for businesses plus higher energy costs for consumers..This means more conservative spending by UK public for at least 2025.

Luckoleme....All retailers are down heavily today.. Nervousness ahead of Xmas trading updates..Costs are very high, likely to eat in not profits..I think update Thursday will be positive for BM plc

Food and drink will be the Xmas star performer tomorrow..Clothing okay.. Should be a big extra cost coming up for NI stuff as it's a staff heavy organisation..

So so trading update..No improvement in trading,but cost management will strengthen the balance sheet ,and the company is profitable.. Improvement in trading is expected in second half of 2025..My feeling is the SP will now drift with momentum taken out of the stock until next half of 2025..l will buy back shares around June,on hope of improved trading..
