Ajc...They were mislead by the company statements claiming financial and trading health,whilst knowing that there were internal irregularities..The claimant bought a lot of shares on the basis of the statement...The previous CEO was kicked out and it seems the board were just gung ho about everything

Even at this low SP,rentokil is still on a PE of 24...To justify that high rating the company needs to show very fast revenue growth..However growth was a meager 1.5%....Around £3.80 seems a reasonable SP

Every single time a company's SP drops the comments refer to jam tomorrow senario..

Private equity must be having a good look at a takeover of this company...£1 should be enough

Saga turned down a private equity takeover in October for 220p..They stated is grossly undervalued the company..lol

Say what you will about Saga plc,but the fact remains that there has been no director buying since Oct 2022.. Meanwhile over same period,directors have awarded themselves million of nil cost shares..This says it all about the company...Shares are down today, because of no news regarding sale,or partner for the cruise ships,in order to bring down high debt levels.

Very interestingly,one short position was completely bought back,whilst another increased their position..The bought back one explains why on day of the statement the SP did not drop in a straight line..

Buy back on day of completion of the equity raise.. Should be at the bottom at that point and primed to go up

Inread in the telegraph that February was a record month for charge point installations.If Pod Point cannot take advantage of this for the company then the board should resign

Very very disappointing trading results today..How many more chances does MM get before the board show him the door..l see this dropping down into the 50ps area in next few days.

According to the daily telegraph one such issue is that a bank's employees who are working on a company's financial accounts,are aware of the health of a company before anyone else,so the news is spread via friends and families who then buy shares..It almost impossible to restrict this practise..A company's sales team will also do the same ..If you look closely at any company's share movement prior to trading statement,90% of the time ,(but not 100%) it will accurately reflect the situation..Check for yourself.. Telegraph also stated that short positions are created often via corporate bank staff or inside sales people providing news.

I am not talking about directors,but rather the people who have prior inside information eg..bank employees,brokers staff and even employees within Petrofac who are lower down the order eg sales staff and their families.They are all buying chunks

It's a good sign as insider's having been nibbling away each day recently in anticipation of good trading outlook come year end statement.l am moving from sell last 4 months to buy.£5,000 bought this morning

If Ted Baker collapsed into liquidation due to poor sales,than Superdry cannot hope to survive..Both have similar clientele..The company that stole all their customers is M&S who have revamped their clothing line and have massively increased their market share of mid to upper end clothing sales

The chairman bought £100,000 of shares,but the rest of the board bought tiny,insulting amounts..l suspect they were obliged to and did so begrudgingly.

If Ted Baker has collapsed due to poor trading,it must follow that Superdry cannot survive.. Similar target marketplace..Dunkerton could buy the company at this price,for loose change,but refuses to do so as it would make him liable for repayment of all the debts if it folded further down the line

For balance,Petrofac is EUROPE'S most shorted share..Wood Group (identical business) share price went sharply down after their results last week.
