Noone is going to make a firm bid until the year end accounts are published..Wood Group stated this will not be in June..l expect July or even August...Sidera can bide its time..However meantime Wood have secured several chunky contract wins..This has strengthened Woods value.The takeout value has increased for Wood...

Ironk... really silly comment...Moving to main market means far more funds and institutional investors will then be legally allowed to invest in GB...Also having greater transparency with accounts will instill confidence in investors,also more broker coverage and more market makers (which means less ability to manipulate the SP).. AIM is the wild West of trading platforms..Very little governance,open to CEOs too strong position in directing the company,without proper consent from the board.... AIM original intention was to list small innovative, rapidly growing companies that need finance to grow..Once a company gets established it was expected for them to move to the main market.

The market maker playing dirty games..Some buying this morning,but only the buy side rises..Spread was 7,than 8 and now 10p...This means they have too much stock and to encourage buyers SP is raised but you cannot sell as SP sell has not followed suit.
