Way more shares bought today than sells.. Someone must be selling down a stake off book, otherwise MMs playing some tricks

Yet another profits warning,being concealed by an increase in revenue.. THG plc got a good price for the flavouring business,but it smacks of a forced sale otherwise debts would show no decrease.

The debt is still sky high,with chairman more cautious as to reducing debt..The problem is that once the sales proceeds are factored in,the debt needs to show a substantial decrease to compensate for the massive reduction in oil production resulting from the asset sales..Yet chairman states that objective is to get debt below 1 billion USD...This is a 100% sell

There was absolutely nothing in the quarterly statement that was positive,yet numpties are still buying the shares...

A fairly mediocre trading update,which is a little too brief..I would think a 5p uplift to the shares would be about right,but the MMs seem desperate to get people buying the shares

The SP drop is not to do with the acquisition,but rather that the company state the profit per sale %age is dropping from 48% to 43%..So profits could be less this time next year..It's on a high PE so has to drop to reflect adjusted forecasts

FT and Daily Mail reporting that Sidera is mulling cutting the offer price for takeover,in case of financial penalties arising from the investigation.

Is this vote good news or bad news??? Will the SP rocket or slump tomorrow..l am clueless

One tiny negative tomorrow and it will be the excuse to trigger a wave of profit taking

The day traders sold it down to 31.5p last Thursday/Friday and now buying back to make handsome profits..It has nothing to do with THG plc

Disappointing that the full 28 day extension was exercised by Wood, rather than a 14 day one..It implies that completion is not yet near,with probably another extension after September elapses..My feeling is that the final offer will be 10p from Sidera...Any other bidders will not make announcement until the offer price is known and accounts are published..Some way to go though.

An asset sold rather cheaply at 6.8 times earnings,reflecting The company's urgent need for cash..If the takeover does not go thru,it will be interesting to see how they plan to move forward as they need 1.1 billion USD for it's yearly working capital..

Have to say l am disappointed with today's figures..l had expected a slight recovery in trading..Instead we have revenue down,losses increased even more,and high debts even higher,plus the big 9% coupon on refinanced debt until 2029..l don't think victoria will be able to trade it's way out of this mess..Is the board competent l wonder..

I don't think people are selling their shares because of the trading update,but rather because of boredom thru lack of anything dynamic predicted in 2025/6.
