Probably put a floor at 30p with the update but no substantive SP rise until THG becomes more profitable and much faster growth in profits

Shami..it's interesting that the SP is now at 4.5p,which would make it impossible to get a rights issue away...The company is saying they will make high single digit millions in profit this year,so going bust is unlikely..£32m in debt that has to be renegotiated by October..l think creditors will take shares in lieu of interest payments and debt maturity extended..

Apparently there is no statutory requirement for companies to make a statement to LSE...Tullow oil just went thru a second possible takeover by this time a Canadian company..The SP rose each day netting insiders a handsome profit before crashing down upon no deal leaving unsuspecting retail investors to nurse the loss...Metro seems to be the same..Very little regard for small shareholders..When they had a rights issue at 60p l emailed the company asking why retail investors were excluded...I received a cold,borderline rude rejection.

Srb...yep,the PE valuation at nearly 20,was priced for rapid growth...Now the SP needs to reflect the slower pace of growth,probably around 13...This means around 350p for the SP
