Ridiculous to be accused of attacking the share when I’m just making a common sense point that public companies that have raised cash won’t be looking for an RTO. Suhail kept saying Fura where going to RTO and linked it all to the other deals they were doing and it was completely debunked. The finals even say Fura didn’t want the online store, they just took the asset alone. But lies are OK if people made money off it seems to be the message.

I’m not slating people. I’m slating the companies they are suggesting as they don’t fit what the board have said they are looking for or are already listed so it is extremely unlikely that they would RTO as that isn’t usually the case. Why bang on about a base metals company when the BoD are talking about precious metals? It’s a dead end so why bring it up and waste everyone’s time?

Yes and as they're TSX listed and have already raised cash this year, they're most likely just going to dual list. Why bother with an RTO given they've been working on an AIM listing since 2018? Plus their broker is Finncap so why bother with a Peterhouse shell? Is it really worth throwing all these spurious companies at RLD given it's better just to wait to see what Greenwood is up to now he's at 29%.

Neither Coueur/Fura unlikely given they're already listed and could just pay for a dual listing rather than doing an RTO. Fura only wanted the asset (didn't want the online shop) and if they wanted to RTO they would have done it from the start. Fura's MO is just to buy assets so they become a one stop shop for gemstones. Only link Coueur might have with RLD is that their main shareholder had a stake in BOU who share the same broker as RLD. Suhail appears to have been banned from posting (good riddance given the Fura RTO rumour was baseless) but is on Twitter using an old account despite him saying previously he doesn't have a Twitter account.

Another one for the pot is Shimansky, a jewellery chain out of SA. They sell tanzanite which RLD used to mine before all that unpleasantness and they pivoted to sapphire. The CEO “likes” the Shimansky posts regularly and recently asked for his WhatsApp. You can verify on Brooke’s LinkedIn.

Coeur was linked to BOU because of their major shareholder I believe. They have the same broker as RLD, Peterhouse, so that’s the only link.

They’ve mentioned COVID impact but not on the RTO search so still holds they could pick up a distressed asset. However, I’ve mentioned before that Strategic Investments International have been given shares as payment to “senior management”. In today’s results, “senior management” is owed 200+k. Other than the CFO, who are “senior management”? Directors fees were itemised separately so wondering why SM fees are so high when their website only lists the CFO as senior management.
