There is no “typical” as it would depend on the agreed valuation of the target as well as how much needs to be raised and the state of the market that a raise is done in. The best option is to look up recent RTOs to get a feel for what might happen here. There are recent RTOs like BRES, SYME and COBR for you to look at.

Look at how other companies handle this. They don't provide reasons as it's just an administrative matter. Just shows how salty and unprofessional investors you all are, whining over such a small matter.
