Seems pretty standard for AIM tiddlers. If you're buying outside of normal size, MMs will facilitate at a premium. On top of that, very large trades (relatively speaking for buys/sells) can get delayed.

Based on ESL's last RNS, their deadline was 6 June but AIM agreed to a 6 month extension. Given similar timelines here, could get 6 months extra if necessary. Hopefully a deal is made within the original timeline.

Completion Date as defined in the 2 Jan RNS was 31 December. "within six months from the Completion Date". However, they might be able to get an extension due to COVID but they'll have to request it I believe.
