Johnny, the subject of the RTO will be those 4 gold projects. They most likely will be owned by an SPV, which will be RTO'ing into RLD. Oceana is being mentioned to signal to investors that they're next door so potential benefits like decent infrastructure, read across for grades and of course take over speculation etc.

Hi Skint, posted about this a while back. Articles 14-16 basically have the same effect that if Greenwood went over 30% he’d have to make an offer for the company but with the BOD’s blessing effectively.

My reading of it was that the RNS was 2nd Jan but the sale completed on 31 December

Hi CC, was referring to Brooke not Greenwood. You're right that it's not crossing a threshold so no regulatory requirement to file a TR-1. Brooke on the other hand, appears to need to let the market know about the additional shares.

If it’s buying he’s broken AIM/Listing rules by not declaring it to the market. There’s usually PDMR notifications. I suspect it’s more likely fee conversions which again need to be disclosed to the market.

A delay wouldn't surprise me. Still no AGM announcement. Suspect there would be some Greenwood related resolutions. You wouldn't just build up 29% without having discussions with the BOD about your intentions.

I had a nose at Greenwood's Facebook page and he mentions he's looking at real estate Koh Samui as well as waste to energy projects in SE Asia. From the responses, seems he's the hands on type so one to watch if the precious metals angle fizzles out.

Hi Munchlet. Cobra is the only gold play. The RTO price etc is a red herring as I believe the raise price was similar to the pre-suspension price. The real value comes from the newsflow from the new asset and you’ll see that they had a good run recently from around 1p and peaking at 3p roughly. So I think it’s best not to get hung up on the re-list price but the upside potential from the asset being proven up or moving to production.
