charlie1984,shareholders have been crying out for the BOD to buy shares.Tell me what is best,we issues shares instead of cash at share price or maybe a premium,or is it better to keep paying out our cash reserves for wages then have to do a placing at say 20 or 30% discount

I f we do one jv for RHA and Zulu,then once RHA is producing it should release cash and maybe circum,so then this was mentioned also in the RNS

Other interested parties have engaged with Premier and indications are that the prospects of concluding a new joint venture agreement to progress Zulu Lithium Project and RHA Tungsten Mine in one agreement are good. It is a time of intense negotiation and further updates will be provided.

yes i agree why the silence,if 401 was so good i am sure big pharma would want to secure this deal pending regulator results.Something does not add up here at all.These so called negotiations have been going on all year and nothing has been released to confirm anything positive

I cant see anyone signing a deal until the regulators give their blessing for further trials on 401,and it was stated in podcast this can take from 3 to 6 months.I think it was submitted to regulators end of july,so i cant see anything until november at earliest.GM has already stated that the trials will not begin until 2019.If anyone can give a good reason why a deal can be signed before the regulators pass this then please give your reasons.I am well down with this investment so would welcome any sensible reasons for signing.GLA

thanks futureisbright,so nothing much will happen at zulu this year other than another DD.I agree with CF73 this share price is like a coiled spring,with so much news to come there is going to be a serious and quick rerate.GR seems very confident about RHA,i think he new all along the potential there.GLA

can anyone answer this,when GR gets a new company interested in Zulu,do we have to wait another 60 days while they do a DD as well or can the DD by cadence be used

by time i read my email with payment details the deadline had passed,they were sorry for delay in sending my instructions for payment.I would have thought we would of had news about how the IPO went.

yes i agree,that DL will be only looking after his own interests,i dont know why we have him with us

kdnc were obviously happy with the DD ,but could not agree terms,that tells me the problem was with kdnc,not the DD.They discussed terms before the DD so kdnc could not keep to the terms

the assets are still there,its not like oil company drilling a duster.I dont think it was GR caused this break up ,as some have suggested ,Cadence probably could not raise the finance.They did not say that the DD was a failure.

by next tuesday they would have been drilling at RHA for over 3 weeks,does anyone know how long they will take to complete the drilling programme and when can they start producing,i hope we have some answers next tuesday.I thought the deal was sorted before cadence took on the DD,so it must have been Cadence who pulled out,they did not say they were not happy with DD
