We are buying an experienced mining development company,it is usually a lot cheaper to do things yourself than employ contractors,GR has given them incentive to get on with the job of bringing RHA into achieving a production target of not less than 16,000 tonnes of ore being delivered to the run-of-mine pad within 6 months.I am no expert but we all know that we need RHA into production ASAP.It also sounds to me like he is handing over the running of operations to the experienced team.We will have the equipment ,we will have the management team and we have the assets,so lets get this on the move.Just my opinion,shareholders will decide

there was no mention of our other assets in Togo,Benin and Mozambique ,where will these assets be held?ARC shares held as security for the loan,no mention of these.Still a lot more info needed

if circum is held in prem as a cash shell,is it right that the ruling of cash shell means there is a time limit for purchase or shares will be delisted

yes CF,the three main projects are the most important at the moment,i am just a bit suspicious that our others were not mentioned outside of Zim.I hope the webinar will be orderly and not ruined this time.there are a lot of questions need to be answered so i hope all will give GR the time to explain.I feel happy about bringing the contractors into newco so we are in charge and they have the incentive to produce the goods.GLA

CF73,there was no mention of our assets outside of zimbabwe other than circum,Toga,Benin and Mozanbique,i have emailed GR asking about these.Does anyone know the ruling regarding cash shell,i understand there is a time limit for investment before shares will be delisted,i would appreciate any info regarding this.There is still a lot of questions to be answered .

they asked for 48 hour extension which ended friday so surely we should hear result some time today or request for further extension,risky to be out now,imho

Yes i agree Charlie.Why would George push for 90% ownership of a mine that is not very profitable.I have got a feeling we are in for a few surprises before this year is out.GLA

I would hope that the jv deal will be ready to sign as soon as the ownership issue is signed.Enough time has be wasted here,its about time real progress was made and the BOD started earning their wages with some production from RHA

will be interesting to see if whet takes up the warrants to purchase more shares in Rapid by end of this month.If they dont i think we can assume this is a dead donkey.

Whetstone has agreed to invest an initial £175,000 to subscribe for 2,500,000 new Rapid ordinary shares. In addition Whetstone has been granted a six month option to subscribe £116,667 for a further 1,666,667 shares
this is due by end of this month and if they dont ,they lose other warrants
and subject to Whetstone exercising the Six Month Warrants in full, a twelve month option to subscribe £416,667 for an additional 4,166,667 shares. Subject to the second tranche being exercised in full, Whetstone has also been granted an eighteen month option to subscribe £625,000 for a further 4,166,667 shares

As stated in the announcement dated 14 August, the Company plans to drill a series of fifteen, inclined, 50m deep holes to determine the depth at which the ore body is sufficiently consolidated to allow resumption of open pit mining. This stage of the drill programme is expected to complete by end September and noteworthy results will be published as they are available.
