Matthew fowler left GDR (and joined musicmagpie0 in april 2022 as was announced. Looks like music magpie had a share dilution themselves before he joined them but as I said , they have secured a funding for 3 years. wereas GDR having been living hand to mouth every year since who knows.. This last financial agreement is probably the worst and the fact that the directors didn't buy at sub 10p just shows how llittle confidence they have in their own ability to improve the share price in the long term. GDR is most definitely a high risk, traders share, but a shorters dream. Just wait for the next hype and a temporarily raised SP and take a short position and sit and wait as the SP gradually falls. Shame PI's can't short the stock. GDR is the reverse of stock such as Shell, where the shocks in SP are southbound and the prevailing wind is north. With GDR the shocks in sp are northbound, the prevailing wind is South.

what's even more telling is the resignation of the CFO at end of April last year after he found a job at what he considered a "growth company" , it was an online music company. Music magpie, which looking at their annual results since he arrived in april 2022, looks far more stable than GDR (3 year funding in place from highstreet banks, for example, instead of GDR's annual dilution exercise. I believe that the former CFO saw the writing on the wall, that GDR was a sinking ship and on borrowed time after being unable to turn a profit with a covid testing products during a pandemic.

But it also depends on whether you think the lack of sales and the ability of GDR to generate an income is due to Mr Budd or not!

Not only shareholders but also its employees of GDR whose careers survive hand to mouth as it were each year, reliant on the being funded by GDR's annual fund raising initiative (companies like RF and other II's many appear to fund GDR, but they get their money and profit to do this from the market, ie PI's ) . Without PI's GDR would've gone bust along time ago.

Experienced traders take profit and don't take the risk.

It's a shame we can't short GDR as it's the type of stock shorters love - a nice steady decline in SP each week and sudden movements north are as frequent as Christmas.

LSE admin confirmed it. It surprised me , but after the confirmation from LSE I accepted that it was Mr Budd who'd commented. Does anyone have his last post?

Mr Budd has posted twice, first time around the pandemic and the second time was in January. I recall he thanked PI's. He's a gentlemen.

Mr Budd has form when it comes to announcing the slightest whiff of a sales contract, despite having never won a sales contract beyond family and friends, as it were. if there were sales we would know about them, make no mistake.

The prevailing direction of the company is south, any other direction RF may take the company would be a bonus. I don't think RF would be too pleased about becoming a majority shareholder of GDR but should that time arise, sales forbid, no-one would be interested in buying any shares in GDR and the company would cease to operate. Hence the name, death spiral finance. Mr Budd has spun the wheel of fortune lets hope sales come before RF start knocking on GDR's door. Would be nice if GDR didn't have to draw down 300k per month due to an income or even a grant.
