The best news we can hope for is if other hospital , outside manchester, have taken it upon themselves to adopt AIHL eg by raising funds through ramping up the car park fees in their hospital car parks.

He bought some shares at 8p in january 2020 pre-covid, but I assume he didn't sell any. He also bought 10ks worth @25p to back up one of GDR's annual financing deals, I think it was in november 2021, to get GDR through 2022. I bet he drives a jag.

Good post Mr Nissan. Explains why it will take years to gather this data. I wonder whether GDR are offering AIHL equipment and tests to hospitals around the world for free in exchange for this data gathering period?

Yes, thats what GDR stated in the RNS 30th March 2023.

If I interpret this part of the same RNS correctly then it will take several years for GDR to provide the additional evidence (in the GDR RNS referred to as 'data' ) NICE required before they could give full approval. And as I understand it full nice approval means the NHS trust will get funding to adopt it. Without full approval NHS need to find funding for AIHL themselves, well that'll be easy because NHS trust are rolling in money. Due to the tories massive commitment to the NHS over the last decade or so the NHS and UK health has never had it so good. So I guess all trust will adopt AIHL.

Do we know whether GDR has provided all the evidence that the NICE report stated it needed before reviewing again for full approval? If so, when did GDR provide this evidence? IF not, why hasn't GDR provided this evidence since full approval is so crucial ?

I think I now I understand why GDR sp is holding up so well.... its due to the confusion regarding of a NICE partial recommendation and funding rules of the NHS. It would be good to get an update from GDR to show they have presented NHS with the evidence NICE said the needed.

GDR believe this. Although I wonder whether Mr Budd has made his final mistake this time with his death spiral deal and River Fort. What irritates me most is that he told us GDR entered this deal for the benefit of long term holders and to keep the SP high. Thinking about it, if this is genuinely true then perhaps an ii did offer GDR funding but at a price below the price paid by directors , including MR Budd ie less than 8p. Every week without sales is costing GDR millions in market capitalization. What can Mr Budd do about this?

I agree. Someone at GDR has useful connections with the daily mail and BBC and that has proved incredibly rewarding wrt SP.

Of course, MR Budd would do this. I think GDR needs roughly 2 million a month to keep the lights on, I can only assume they had something left in their account as a buffer for this scenario where the sp falls below 16p but I'm 100% sure that this wasn't part of Mr Budds plan A. This was at least plan B, if not plan C. Mr Budd talked about positive news flow, so he had at least convinced himself that sp would not fall below 16p. Yet here we are, it's not the first time Mr budd has let PI's down or his own company and employees, for that matter. Why is he still here?
