Of course, but it order to buy time they may sacrifice 10k, just like Mr Budd did a couple of years ago when he bought a handful of shares for 25p. If the CEO and directors saw such a personal share purchase as a haircut of their salaries in line with the lack of success of the company and for the greater good of the company , ie buying it time. If they don't invest in GDR at this time then indeed, why should anyone else?

15k.. I wouldn't be surprised if that's Mr Budd or other directors have realized they need to buy shares to prop up the SP above 16p in order to access the next draw down. SP would definitely spike.

Mr System, you may not understand the funding deal GDR made with River Fort and indeed your thoughts are always worth chucking. However, GDR loves long term holders. So here's a gold star.

I think the SP is doing incredibly well considering the sell pressure it is under from RF. It shows there are plenty of PI's still interested in a debt-free pharma start-up .
