4. Future News Flow
Prior to the end of calendar year 2021 (assuming the Fundraise is completed) the Company is expecting to launch the AIHL assay in the UK
across three - five adopter sites, announce clinical test data for the GDR COV POC and attain a CE mark and commence initial sales via
partners.
In the first half of calendar 2022 (assuming the Fundraise is completed) the Company expects to launch the AIHL test in the EU, will provide
updates on sales for GDR COV POC and also expects resolution of the historical sale opportunities currently open with the US DoD. Finally,
the Company may (depending on the level of funds received pursuant to the Fundraise) commence the processes needed for US studies for
the AIHL test with the aim of entering the US market in due course.

Mr Budd is rather good at raising cash for the company through placements, isn't he? If only he was that good at selling GDR products to customers, the SP would be 100+p.

How do you make 1 million? Invest 2 million in GDR.

Market price is almost the same as placing price so who will buy at 25p!!!!???? Certainly not ii's. This cpuld be a placing that will not be filled.

Mr Flying, you don't have to convince me. I've invested in GDR because on paper at least, this company is going places. I'm just trying to work out whether I'm being too impatient or as Mr Jaceorge and many others believe, that Mr Budd is incompetent at best. He's admitted to mistakes, I only hope he has the ability to learn from them. I believe the next proper RNS will affect the sp rather alot, good or bad.

good post but my fear is that of all the western governments who fully or partly fund health care only New Zealand has the foresight to realize that prevention is far better than the cure. You could also argue very cynically that some healthcare companies need people to get sick in order to turn a profit and satisfy their stakeholders. imho the pandemic has exposed an immense amount of greed.

The board always has a plan for a company. If its being executed at the moment then it means Mr Budd is executing that plan. Alot of wishful thinking, but undoubtedly Mr Budd is feeling pressure running a diagnostics company that can't tests in a pandemic.. and getting a massive bonus for it too.

Plan A (covid products) has not worked out after almost 18 months. I doubt not even the most cynical investor would've expected zero sales.
Plan B (other products) is now being ramped.

Alot of people stand to lose even more money if Mr Budd doesn't deliver major sales soon.

SP will be 800p - after a major rights issue. Changing your name to Nostradamus after that would be really funny.

I dont believe mr budd ignored or neglected POC kit. I believe gdr received below grade chemicals from their suppliers which meant the accuracy/sensitivity did not meet their initial claims. They said the reason for the delay was outside their control. But then the delay to market has been pushed back another quarter to q3 without explanation, as mr budd initially stated end of q1, then at the end of q2 due to external supplier and then he delayed again saying great news, we will be able to launch in the autumn. I think he's lost his marbles.

MrClark, The businessmen of the west have been facilitating the growth in china by exploiting the incredibly low labour costs china has offered us. We've been doing this for decades. Anybody who is truly anti-china does not buy anything made in China or perhaps even asia but then its undoubtedly impossible to buy anything now that has not had a single part manugfactured outside china. China cornered the market of many products, even uncomplicated products long ago. PPE shortages during the pandemic illustrated this and cost thousands of lives. The greed of investors like us, has made China the second largest economy in the world and its set to become the strongest. Likewise, China invests heavily in US treasury bonds because they know they need western people to keep buying their products. So being anti-china is also being anti-western. We are all in this together. But we do need to take back control of our manufacturing. The current microchip war is the latest reason to manufacture our own microchips. The situation reminds me of the book The Time Machine where the Morlocks control the world and we, the people living in paradise, choose to ignore it with a selfish "I'm alright jack". Brexit will not change this, if anything it will make it worse as we pander to chinas, and indeed USA 's, every whim.
