Agree and you can really see they're going all out with that II focus, plenty of hints on website. Good point about the FCA, you wonder what on earth takes them so long to reach a ruling in these situations. Meanwhile founders back and can carry on as if nothing happened. If FCA could be ar_sed to just reading the IPO prospectus then comparing to what transpired with company operationally post float would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Keep coming back to this share considering buying back in, but stop myself because struggle to see catalyst that turns it around.

Bit of a shame the way it has been run as there are some decent underlying brands here. You would think the share price falling back to levels it last hit at turn of millennium would be enough to jolt management into taking radical action, but they seem as fast asleep as ever.

Agree with you tmnky. Nearest equivalent would be where Barratt bought out Redrow and CMA raised an initial enquiry, ultimately ruling a few sites had to be sold off - those where CMA viewed the merger would have created a monopoly in those specific regions. The developers divested those and buyout proceeded.

Annual accounts only exist until year end FY24 as we are currently in FY25. They have published interims to the half year FY25.

The OTC listing went live yesterday https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BMVLF - is it that the legacy description pre-filled there mentions gold mines only that people aren't happy about? Company can/will presumably ask OTC administrators to include update about new btc strategy also. Not seeing any issue personally.
