It's not really silent, we last had an RNS a week ago and a timeframe given for news this month with plenty of catalysts to follow.

If you believe in the investment case, suggest this is just a stock to hold and not look at the price every minute and to overlook posts that might try to cast doubt on your reason for investing in the first place. You will always see those on these boards. Saw same thing when this was 0.50p when I was first buying here, they'll never stop.

Bigger picture gold is going the right the way. btc is still $100k+. With the global picture as it is, the strategy the company have set out could not be better timed for this moment.

Hard to believe now but at one point this was FTSE250.

Now down to a very simple binary bet between administration - or somehow being recapitalised with a deal that involves survival of at least some equity. Certainly priced for former.

TW is not the type to give anyone an easy ride

It's interims and nobody knows except management. Normal plc protocol of giving market courtesy of an actual date in advance of results doesn't apply here I'm afraid.

Interesting to see how supportive of this TW has been, usual considering how bearish he is about most other things and effectively makes a living taking chunks out of UK micro caps. Very different from your usual paid promoter.

As most of us know buying a property in this country is unfortunately a bit of a drawn out process. We can say that applies doubly so here as it's a portfolio, plus they have to sort the capital structure of the plc. In meantime might require a bit of patience, but one look at their background will tell you these guys are pros at this.

After that we know we have plenty of news to follow later on this month. Particularly interesting should be confirmation of the minimum £10m premium funding the company have outlined. Expecting this to start unlocking the clear potential we have here, enabling new strategy to truly take shape, with that injection of significant financial backing.

Meanwhile gold continues to hit all time highs this week. With the assets we have here that can only be a good thing.

Credit where it's due, they've done extremely well to release a trading update like this given all the external pressures, especially the currently extortionate Swiff tariffs. Reveals quite a bit about strength of underlying business.

Next thing to watch is if Swiss can cut a favourable US deal. If so, I'd expect this to rerate upwards fairly dramatically.

Amongst some of the noise it's easy to lose sight of bigger picture. Let's look very simply at what we have here

That's all before we get on to gold hitting all time highs this week.

Catalyse were main funders and last update on their positions in July indicated they are holding these and even have a spreadbet long, until we get a TR-1 stating otherwise have to assume that's still the case.

It does make you think where this could go, how even now SWC just a web designer with bitcoin having market cap ~£340m vs BMV at ~£12m today.

Key thing I see BMV as a different league from any of the other UK btc treasuries.

Raising at a premium is unique, add to that the gold mines with with streaming income - with gold price currently hitting upon an all time high.

Exactly - gold mines are the key here. Makes you think how SWC at its peak touched on a £1bn market cap with the underlying operating company being just a web designer, whereas BMV owning gold mines (plural).

Then you consider how mines all in safe jurisdictions, a key ones having with JV in place so no further capex required from us - just income generating to direct towards expanding BTC. Potential here leagues ahead of SWC imo.

Worth noting how rare it is also to have a CEO with big skin in the game like this. As a regular shareholder leadership having interest aligned with yours is exactly what you want to see.

Better than SWC - they funded at market price. We are a big premium here - absolutely unique.
