And even if there was, try to find another board that does not include reference to share price.

Convinced some posters on these boards could start an argument with a paper bag.

The interesting thing chart wise is after this dropped from 50p+ so quickly last year, it leaves very little resistance on way back up as we rerate upwards on back of company's turnaround, contract wins and those big names stake building.

With Cavendish recently valuing this at 50p as a base case, if they're even half way right, pretty dramatic upside from this level.

Minestarters was started a little over a year ago and has almost zero outside coverage outside of the investment made by POW.

It is registered at a virtual office.

It is majority owned/founded by someone called Marcel Nally. What are the links between Wade and Nally?

Did Wade benefit personally in any way from pouring millions of POW shareholder cash into it?

Fwiw I've been keeping an eye on this for a couple of years now but never got as far buying - until now. It's one of those rare deep value micro caps, yet in such a high growth sector. I can't think of anything else like this with such firm foundations making it largely de-risked, while having such substantial upside potential.

2025 saw some pretty spectacular biotech rerates across Aim like STX and IMM. Once the market wakes up to RUA, I see no reason why it couldn't do same in 2026.

Nice one Laura2022, Alrt has plenty of PI interest but looks totally unsustainable next to this with real contracts. Hardly anyone seems to know about RCFX by comparison which can only mean room to grow I reckon. Most significant clue for me was the IIs accumulating here, those guys having due diligence capabilities way beyond likes of ours, has to be a case of follow they money.

We are way under the radar here and have a very long way to go to reach fair value.

It is interesting to compare this with ALRT with both being consultancies specialising in defence.

ALRT has no paying customers, zero revenue and destructive ATM financing facility. No institutional investors with significant stakes. Market cap ~£35m.

RCFX range of customers including "Tier-1 Defence Client" and newly announced public sector win. Institutional investors including Pentwater Capital and UBS. Market cap ~£8m.

Must best performing investment trust this year, certainly with the scale this has, impressive stuff

Interesting to see significant volume build here over last couple days, the rise here meaningful as well supported by corresponding volume. Sense that sellers fully exhausted and buyers in control now. We'll see how it plays out from here, but no question momentum is with this stock right now. With so little stock actively traded proportionately versus insiders and growing number of institutional investors accumulating, can see this becoming unstoppable.

Net debt similar to this proportionality. Both companies in danger zone of net debt nearing market cap - or in S4's case let's be honest likely exceeding it when Sorrell finally admits it's come in at upper end of that absurdly broad guided £100-140m range.

With the high proportion of insiders holding shares here, together with the institutional investors that have accumulated over last couple of months, it does not now leave a huge amount of stock to round. With momentum building and the company continuing to win these contracts, can see that small free float enabling a pretty substantial re-rate from these levels. GL

Must admit I'd forgotten how substantial the divi was this time with the special too, good result.

Can't offer financial advice about reinvestment, but imo this is one of those steady stocks it's good to have in portfolio alongside the racier stuff. I suspect into next year we may well see QIA reduce more so that they become far less significant, with that overhang gone the shorts should in theory reduce too, then I see no reason why this couldn't trade more in line with Tesco's earnings metrics.

Debs must be this year's classic of that market irrationality, down all year long then after a better than expected update it nearly trebles after that decent enough update. Market seems to struggle to price quite a few of these UK discretionary stocks.

This should be valued way in excess of ALRT for starters.

Interesting to see another heavy hitter on the register here, Rathbones with over 5% now. Can add them to list with likes of UBS and Pentwater.

I've genuinely not seen a company with a market cap this low and this high a proportion of significant institutional investors. Anyone else? Rathbones for example have over £100bn AUM, yet they've taken a position in this fledgling firm with a market cap of less than £5m. Follow the money imo.

You might still be in for a mini windfall with those, but whatever you do don't look back at what you could have sold them for in June.
