PI100 ... the only thing the BOD can be very creative is their own salary coming out of the common pot. They could not care two hoots about shareholder value. When there is nothing left in the pot they will simply resign and move on and leave shareholders holding the baby. Regretfully seen it all before.

Up to some time ago i have been optimistic on the prospects and fortunes of the company. However my enthusiasm has been severely dented and the market is giving a strong thumbs down on the immediate prospects. This is not share manipulation but rather a huge loss of confidence in the BOD ability to obtain the desired results. The possibility of another delay is real which would kill the price. Useless talking about the "science" when the SP is tanking big time daily.Its time for me to cut my losses and abandon ship. Can easily go down to the lower 20's. Good luck to all who can wait and hope. Im off to buy a more solid buy in the defense/aerospace sector.

WBAFC... spot on. Den of thieves and unscrupulous manipulators. Graham Mullis should be investigated for malpractice and misleading info. Mid cap company my foot. Its back to a penny share. Stand by my view of 10p. Possibility of DHSC will go against the company is real in spite of Mullis's assertion that we "have a strong case". Just talk to pep up SP at the time. All clear now but its too late.Shareholders relying on the cash at bank are making a mistake. That cash will evaporate with a DHSC ruling or burn out of cash. Present BOD rudderless and sales team inefficient.

Sinking and sinking fast now. Was rudderless company and no one in his right mind will take over now. Miracles just do not happen. As it hits 50p another rush of deserters with eventual lower target price of 10p. The cash will disappear either via DHSC claim or a burn out of cash under the guise of research costs. This company has proved to be one big con. I feel sorry for duped investors who fell for the paid rampers.

PI100.... the writing has been on the wall for quite some time now. Absolutely rudderless company. No vision. Weak sales force.BOD which will at one time find a way of "using" cash balance. Already showed us that they have no scruples of giving themselves a hefty salary rise+ perks without any justification whatsoever. Shareholders completely ignored . DHSC dispute far from being settled and also risk of a decision in governments favour. SP only go southwards. An orchestrated bit of " positive " news every now and then for gullible shareholders who think that there would be a turnaround in fortunes only to be thoroughly disappointed.

Well said WBAFC. CEO's actions amateurish and childish as well as insulting to shareholders. He is on a gravy train and milking the company's cash.

PI100-- the company has long lost both direction and credibility. Inevitably lower SP on the cards. No reason to buy the shares . If allowed would rather take a short position.

Essentially following the RNS the bottom line means that the timetable has been put back considerably. The market senses this and is reflected in the SP drop. Being an LTH i will hold but i do not expect any fireworks happening any time soon.

Acknowledging a problem exists is the first step to a solution. Denying its existence means one is living in denial.

BYP.... you could not be more specific and clear. The risk that if Novacyt loses to DHSC, and it is a distinct possibility, the company 's much touted cash balance will simply vanish with the capitaliztion at near ZERO . And yet the only progress made in the last 12 months was the BOD salary increases. Direct insult and lack of respect to shareholders. No vision equates to no future and ultimate demise.

ValJu...i only state my opinion based on my experience. I am no spring chicken as i am 71. Passed through various investment experiences some good some bad and some horrendous. Basil, what you describe as a potential "monster cheap buy" would be better described as a " monster" fiasco. No reason to buy a company with no strategic plan and no BOD vision. Price will keep on languishing with no institutional interest and no interest from any major pharma. Hang on to your hard earned cash. The SP is heading only one way----DOWN. Anticipated a 50 p price tag and now tempted to revise it again down to 20p.

ValJu... the BOD have amply shown a total disregard to shareholders.BOD agenda totally different from the shareholders. The BOD's nest is well feathered it seems.

PI100, easy answer. Market has no faith in the ability and willingness of the present BOD to turn this company around. BOD had the cheek to propose and obtain a hefty salary increase for doing nothing. SP disintegrating as the BOD dips into the treasure chest. DHSC dispute will linger on indefinitely and no guarantees that it will be resolved in company's favor. An SP price tag of 50p is the next leg down after which expect an agreed merge with a major for a pittance. Regretfully this is the harsh reality. Useless living in denial.

PI100... absolutely not an ounce of credibility in what BOD says. BOD give shareholders lip service . No strategic plan and the market is giving company thumbs down. They will milk the cow until its dry.
