Mr Big this happens because there is no forward vision. Talk about DHSC dispute being resolved does not guarantee any cash bonanza. Investors are sensing the company's lack of transparency. Vague talk and speculation is not the way forward.

The Govt is not likely to back track on its decision and lose face. Being dependent on a govt contract is also not really good as well. Nova would do well to look beyond Covid 19 and concentrate on innovative products that would give the company the first off the block advantage. Anxious to see the new Chairman's strategy. The SP will remain around these levels for some time as i cannot see any meaningful catalyst which would justify a sustained price appreciation. Talk of T/O in the present circumstance in my opinion are premature. Happy to stay the course but not expecting any fireworks in the short run.

What makes you so sure about the "good days" to come PeterBuc. Company's prospects are beyond Covid and that is pretty long term in my view and with the risk of rival products coming out which may be superior and cheaper. The SP is telling us something in this regard.

I can follow your objective line of reasoning Colin. The danger of taking matters for granted and not at least assessing the potential pitfalls is the cause of many a downfall. The prospects are indeed good but feet firmly on the ground.

Simple Angelis because i am invested but taking a much longer view then many here.

News is not so imminent. Months away in fact. investors hate delays and possibility of one in SAR is real.

Neil the only thing that is cracking is the SP and investors confidence in this Company.Nothing left here except a cash balance in the bank account. No transparency as to future plans . Much better prospects elsewhere.

To early for possibility of any T/O approaches. The DHSC dispute and lack of transparency plus miserly info together with new developments of rival products and government policy will dampen the enthusiasm that once prevailed in the initial pandemic period. Momentum now lost. Still excellent product but other products possibly being marketed aggressively.

Its game over for Novacyt. Price will simply languish for at least 6 months. No certainty on conclusion of DHSC. In the meantime other rival products will be on market resulting in a dwindling market share. Talk of T/O is wishful thinking in the present circumstances. Too complicated for a would be buyer.

"Actually doing well " Are you living in cuckoo land.? SP been losing 3/4% a day and yes we are doing well.!!!!Said this before. There is presently NO catalyst to make NCYT attractive to investors. No clarity on dispute no indication on the company's strategic growth plan just an occasional cryptic RNS which makes matter worse. The SP is reflective of the cash in bank and nothing else. The question is why is the market no reflecting and giving value to anything else. Simple answer because NCYT is directionless and not transparent so market does not give any other value to vague words and promises.

On what basis or catalyst will it bounce, if i may ask ? The SP is more or less what it should be. The company has lost momentum and the distinct advantage of being first off the block. Sellers at much higher levels were ridiculed and laughed at. Wonder who is laughing now. Occasional chatter of a T/O is simply wishful thinking at the moment. Better opportunities of undervalued growth situations in the main market. The market is giving a clear message with the price falling 4/5% daily.

SP is running out of steam and in my opinion will fluctuate between 5 and 7p. The anticipation of the trail results will inevitably bring a speculative rise and a positive confirmation will trigger a substantial appreciation. However successful trials are in no way a certainty and this aspect has to be borne in mind by investors. HNWI are in here to make money but being HNWI they can also "afford" to lose money as well. My average SP is 2p so i am still comfortably up and believe in the science so an LTH. To my mind talk of a T/O is premature at this stage. Happy to hold and accepting the risks attached to the investment.
