Any one still in this share that held before the Bahamas Drill likely has the same story. I need the share to be 64p to break even!
I have written the money off, but still pop in here every now and then to see if a miracle happens (they never do).
@Purdey
There isn't one way or one outcome for small PI's if a company goes back into private hands. Even main board companies can do legal Twister in order to ease out the PIs.
I lost £70k on one main board company that issued a brilliant RNS, followed by suspending their shares a month later while they did a takeover.
I Ended up with £zero as the shares never relisted.
Good luck Bagzzz718 & other LTHs .
I am amazed that these events have taken place on a main board listed company. To be told everything was going so well in the 29th Nov 2021 RNS and then for trading to be suspended 30 odd days later on Christmas eve never to reappear as they were, is just mystifying.
So where has the money gone? Has one or more ppl ended up with £millions which was acquired through nefarious means? I didn't think that it was possible with a Main board listed company
I now have a 20th of the number of Shares that I had purchased pre Consolidation.
Somehow , after this positive good news this week, it seemed more likely that I would earn a very good Multi Bagger when I had 20 times more shares than now.
What happened to Oracle or that chap from HP that parachuted in to add business accuman and All the money from the sw licenses that were installed on school lenovo laptops and the Indian colleges that were buying the software and .. and .. and?
Just checkout the wording of 29th Nov 2021 7am RNS.
No hint of what was on it's way
@Barnard it stinks. Wasn't even on Aim, it was listed in the Main board, I don't know how they got away with it.
Hats off to the guy that's sold half his bag at/near the peak (forget who it was) just before the shares were frozen.
Leaves a very bad taste that shareholders didn't have a chance to cut losses.
@Gasatapeep, I just got banjo'd by Dev Clever. Great prospects but management somehow got the company absorbed by another and the Share price went from 30p to delisted.
Couldn't believe that it could happen, but even on the main board there are some many ways for small PIs to lose

I remember waking up the day after a knee replacement operation, in agony I was trying to sell my BPC after the duster was declared. It dropped so fast , gave up trying to sell when my thousands became hundreds.
All My own fault.
list on Nasdaq...?
What are the Tax implications of a UK national owning shares (Dev) in a co that is listed on Nasdaq?
