The piece of metal that fell down the P1 well, did we ever find out what it was? A spanner, a crowbar, a chain? What could have been lying around that would be close to a drill hole that could fit down that diameter pipe and some how get below the drill head after a week or more of drilling?
I would Genuinely like to know.
Thanks for all responses.
“will be offered to 2.6 million students “ . What is the expected take-up I wonder.
@fairdealer, As I said, Hydrogen is years away from being “green”.
I was looking at HYSR, good project IMHO, and would get some if I could, but haven’t found a way, as a Brit of buying some. But even that project is years away.
I wonder what homes and transport we can use that means we won’t need an equal amount of conventional energy generation capacity?
Hydrogen is years away from being green and available at the appropriate quantities .
Whats is the next news that we are waiting for from Dev that will hopefully move the price up to the high 40s again? Anything particular ? Will there be a big reveal of a contract/contracts that are currently under NDA?
This one is a bottom draw share for me. Pop on here every few months to see how it gets on. I Def won't sell as soon as it relists. AIM is a gamble and what's the point of throwing in my hand at these levels any way?

It wasnt a 1:3 COS without the funds to get to the target depth.
Personally I was against the merger and other acquisitions last summer, as I wanted all funds available for the P1 Drill.
since the P1 failure, the SP has left me almost left me on zero value here anyway.
@Tiburn, the issue with the first part of your post, is that it never was fully funded, BPC never completed the drill to Target depth. They used money in the previous summer to merge with Cerp and buy other fields. I personally think this is why there is a lack of confidence in this board from PIs like me.
Of course I would be happy if P1 had been a success, but by not actually being fully funded with contingency for drilling mishaps or difficulties, they didn’t really get the drill done. That is also in the context of being fully funded for the April 2020 drill that didn’t happen. Was thatone fully funded?
@BurrenBoy. If that question is aimed at everyone, then my answer is no. I don't think that they will be able to raise enough money to be successful now.
I am sitting on 95% losses here (my fault I believed too many fully funded declarations) and hand on heart cannot see how this co can discover and retrieve enough oil, to do anything other than just enough to plod on. I believe that the company needs bigger investment in order to have a chance of success, but no one will be forthcoming with it because of their past record of burning a £100M with the result of a dribble of BPD from ex Cerp.
Wish I were wrong, but it's my honest opinion.
@Deltalo
"Copy this, Saffron2 appraisal well will be a game changer for the company without doubt."
Not getting at you , but anyone could write that and if the SP raises or drops significantly, it's a correct statement in either case.
@svs … Asinine? In the circumstances where the BOD are asking for more money from PIs, it is surely very relevant that we discuss their management record surely? The response to the OO is telling.
