Moves up 10% in a month and GRL falls. Looks like there isn't much faith out there for this one. I wonder what made Metal Tiger buy in here? Anyone in favour of a bidding war? Anyone know what work is actually being done right now? They can't still be delineating new drilling sites and trying to increase the oxide resource can they? They had about $500, 000 in September, so maybe $300k left? Could the SP be about to go up so they can do a placing? lol Best wishes to all holders.

Confidentiality has always shrouded this case and I am not sure the full verdict will ever be released to the public. I suppose you could try a FOI request to UNCITRAL, but not sure it would do you much good.

As you had previously pointed out before the sale kulab, that was a 'potential' of 'up to' $20M. Or they could get the cash years in advance in a depressed market. I'm going to wait to see what they do with the money (and what area they invest in) before judging them. I just need to double check the ages of the directors now. Nothing worse that having a full board about to retire or past the age.

This new appointment doesn't sound like just another mouth to feed. Those who were concerned with the possible direction of the company may feel a little reassured that someone with a finance/business background will be contributing. Anyone have any knowledge or experience of this new guy?

We will be receiving an update on Monday. By my reckoning, this will be the last day an appeal can be submitted to the court (28 days).

Afaik we can ask the French Courts to have the award set aside. This does not mean we win, just that we can throw our hat in the ring again. I think.

I may be wrong, but I don't think all UNCITRAL decisions are made public. Do we know if this is the case here?

I'm guessing it will take a few some time to recover from the shock of the verdict. That and the time of year may be why so many regular faces are missing. Probably nothing for them to say anyway. I agree it will be interesting to read the verdict on this. As I understand it there were 4 separate parts, all of which lost. That may be the reason why it took so long for the verdict to come out but I think it's safe to assume it will be heavily analysed - especially by those looking to invest in those areas and whether there is any type of protection to be had anymore with Arbitration.

Thought that the Proton-motor website looked better that the protonpowersystems one. First thing I looked at on the website was the Market Potential. Had High hopes as the layout looked all nice and news, even mentioning maritime and stationary solution links in the main homepage graphic. Forklift trucks and Buses. Seriously? The section on the home page that people will be looking at most - what are the target markets of the company - forklift trucks and buses??? There is plenty of information on the site about the other areas the fuel cells can and have been used in, but only if you are willing to dig for it - it would be much better to have links to those other areas on the Market potential page. If of course these are markets that PPS would want to gain traction in. I went from quite optimistic on opening the site to forehead slapping disbelief in the space of 2 minutes. Further investigation of the site made me sigh with relief, but am still on the back foot a little. It's almost as if proton-motor had ideas for revamping the site and protonpowersystems wanted to make a contribution, so the copied that page from their site and wanted it in a prominent position. Maybe an overreaction on my part, but it was as if I had seen an old unfriendly ghost coming back to haunt us. Need to sit down with a hot drink now. Maybe a fruit scone...

I believe the agm chat about it being over 'one way or another' by the end of the year was in relation to the cln's - nothing more.

Homase licence increased from 65% to 90%. Any other news out tthere? SP really taking a pounding. Hope Stratex do something to protect their investment soon.

On the result of the court case, but they had said that Gold pour would be in October because of the construction delay. Will they be continuing with production even if no news has come from the courts?

Have they lost the key to the front door already? No news and into second week of the month after completion was due. Any news on what's happening? I know gold pour was originally expected next month and i'm not worried - just very curious!!

So not too sure why SP has dropped 10%. Don't they know tomorrow is pay day and I can't buy until then? grrrr! Not sure I agree with punk re the debt scenario. I took it more that this will be a profit generating outfit and they will be looking to continue investing with either profits or proceeds from royalty sale. "The financing environment within the mining industry remains hostile", I took to be their excuse for spending the profits, not necessarily taking on debt - the financing environment would still be hostile to a successful miner with commodity prices depressed. Just my opinion, but wtfdik :) No bad news in sight and looking forward to seeing the SP in October after first gold pour.

The market is getting jittery about the Chinese market and Greek bailout. Safe haven again?

No predictions, but we'll need to work out the financial impact this deal will have on PPS. There is no mention in the RNS so I guess we'll need to dissect it ourselves - not sure if the rail company is getting a discount or percentage so still unsure of the real position. There was very little movement on the release of the RNS so it looks like lots of people, other than the shareholders, are aware of the details. Possibly a slight retrace, then slow gains to about 8.5p. After seeing financials from the company the market will make a more definite move. (IMO)

Well done for keeping the faith. I'm still invested here, but bailed a few months ago. Initially bought at 9.99, topped up at 7, topped up at 5 - when it went below 3.5 I was worried as there was no positive news and sold about 75% Decided Aim was a little too risky so invested in a Ftse 250 company - Afren!! Really good news here - hoping for more positives to come from Asia too.

The deal has already been factored in to the price. Where did that leak come from?
