If it is just a case of moving sand, there are many options.

Boskallis or Jan De Nul would be the men to talk to about moving material from intertidal or near shore. They might be able to blow it to bluejay via a sinkerline depending on distance.

Timescale is what counts, as long as there is progress.

At present if RNS are correct works are ongoing, progress being made and news could be close.

What we need is a more solid timescale. IMO With Sinohydro things could happen very quickly, and the fact they have links to a manufacturer is not to be ignored.

No news is good news and every RNS is 50/50 IMO.
If we have a whiff of positivity especially from Sinohydro we could be going places. If we have no news and the hat comes out for funds god help us.

I've been looking into the rule 26 page on their website. It is a lot of waffle, but reading it through IMO they did not expect this as the 2nd of December update makes plenty references to him and his plans.
