Not necessarily true, granted there are many marine renewable projects which are white elephants.
Wind turbines were mocked 30 or 40 years ago. It will take significant investment and development to overcome the obstacles unique to the marine environment.
For the record I am not currently holding, but it's always darkest before the dawn so I am watching with interest.

This isn't the first time we have been in this position. Plenty sold out just prior to the previous rise and revelled in gloating about how they had left us fools behind.
BTC set a new ATH today, if it manages to hold for a few days & with the coinbase IPO tomorrow things could get tasty.
It's disappointing, because if they had sent the bulk samples from the mine face to an independent lab 6 months ago we might have an idea of what is in the mine.
They could then have spent the last few months running the old tailings, which it is easy to imagine old timers may have missed what modern techniques now won't.
I'm not a miner, but this feels very much like a carrot.
Re bulk samples. There was a fair amount of emphasis given to the bulk samples last year.
Along with the processing plant and the fact they had a licence to sell any processed gold.
Now they are trying to dumb down the importance?
