They can exert some control over gold as its not really used in a currency format in the west.

Crypto on the other hand, runs 24/7 365, processing transactions non stop. They probably have a better idea than anyone how much is pouring into BTC.

Elon just announced he was liquidising his property portfolio to expand his ideas of owning no physical possessions. I wonder where that money will go?

If it was a multi ton sample then 20g/ton is great. Why they didn't make that clear I don't know.

I was convinced I had read the whole sample was being sent to Cornwall, and they had delayed sending it until the bulk program was complete. I can't find it in an RNS, maybe it was in an interview, maybe I imagined it.

Oh well, my main holding went into ARB so I expect it to outpace ALBA sort term anyway should I wish to jump back in.

For me yanis, the RNS stunk.

It was the opposite of what I understood, perhaps because I picked something up wrong.

I personally believed the facility in Cornwall had long ago begun processing the bulk sample.

The fact that they have in fact ppssibly processed a small part of a drill core and Alba will run the bulk sample is very suspect. (That is what I interpreted the rns as saying?)

Easy to send off a small drilled core with a good nugget and get a big hit.

If a third party lab had processed the 36t and returned at 20g/ton grade the party poppers would have been out.

Instead it all looks a bit fishy, to me.

I have possibly totally misunderstood the RNS.

Hopefully someone can clarify and correct me where I am wrong.

Boris has spunked billions/trillions on coronavirus. The pound is in dire straits, what backs it? London finance? With the rise of emerging markets and the US keeping ahead of the game that doesn't give me much faith.

Why are they desperate to ban as much as they can regarding crypto etc? Because they are desperate to stop pounds being converted to a dollar backed currency?

The UK is going to get royaly shafted in any US trade deal, maybe they are trying to strengthen their negotiating stance.

I chose 20 as it seems to be middle of the road for tech. As I said those are the figures I use personally, and anyone calculating will either feel argo is more or less risky. Very subjective.

For some reason if you look at the ADVFN chart it seems to be live, the printed sp lags 15 minutes.

If anyone has a live feed can you share the details? I don't want to pay 60 quid a month for advfns american feed.

212 has been the most complained about broker in the last few days, both sides of the pond.

I use them and set multiple small trades with limit orders, half the limit orders 0.01p lower than the other half. Maybe it's OCD but I swear they fill faster lol.
