My take is the mm's are using the dilution to weed out the weak.

Friday should be the last big batch for now if memory serves (22nd?).

PW has said on twitter that regulatory procedures stop him from releasing his next piece of info until then.

I imagine this pattern may continue until Friday. I hope once we have cleared everything, if bitcoin has a good weekend & PW drops his bombshell we will start to see some movement going into next week.

If you haven't got PW on twitter I would strongly recommend adding him.

Either way, I expect we are in for a bit of a frenzy once the warrants and placings are past.

Genuinely exited for the next few days/weeks/months.

Still plenty upside IMO.

Everyone has their place, long and short term holders.

Short term holders keep things liquid, long term give the company its base.

Either way, you chose your entry point based on the research you did or didn't do, complaining about warrants and options which were issued prior to your own entry point is silly.

Regarding the II placings, everyone has to make a personal decision whether they believe it is correct or not. If you don't like it - you can make a decision based on that and look for an exit point.

I think I have a far clearer picture in my head now. Feel more comfortable that I can commit funds again.

I'm sure we all have a few potential runners, it can be tricky to allocate efficiently. It seems that all the big exploration companies are just on the brink of news - maybe that is always the case.

Apologies for being like a dog with a bone - I have picked through the RNS and will list some dates and references to the samples put into my own words.

22/07/20 - Bulk sampling announced, expect 5-10 tons, 3-5 to be run @ 3rd party lab (no confirmation of this occurring - but in later releases all samples taken were announced I believe).

14/08/20 - Permission granted through permitted development

07/09/20 - Commenced, they don't expect any results until the bulk sampling program is complete.

05/10/20 - 12t Collected from 4 targets - undecided whether to continue bulk sampling.

13/10/20 - Decision to resume

21/10/20 - 8 tons collected from Jack Williams floor, sampling to continue until end of October.

03/11/20 - 7 Bulk samples taken as follows:
LBS001 -3T
DBS001 - 3T
TBS001 - 3T
JWB001 - 3T
JWFLOOR - 8T
JWBS002 - 8T
JWBS003 - 8T
Total 36T

20/11/20 - Reference to 36t sample.

21/12/20 - Reference to 36t sample.

08/01/21 - Reference to 36 ton sample, however it is now ~36t.

This is all open to interpretation and if my thinking is wrong please correct me, I am no expert.

I suspect that since all samples were defined at a weight prior to the RNS on the 8th, that a 'small' sample as stated in the RNS and the fact that it did not reference ~35t but ~36t, means the sample was possibly under 1t.

Perhaps it was 1t exactly and I am stuck in a rabbit hole, trying to answer a question that is of little importance!
In the long run, it may not be important, hopefully going forward they will be clearer in their RNS and stop some confusion.

If anyone has any insight I would be grateful, although, I think after this I can consider the bone buried.

You could say that about anything, supply and demand is the driving factor our society is built around.

I personally wondered if a 2/3 for 1 at an early stage might be beneficial. Half or 1/3 the shares in issue may make us more attractive.

If the SP doubled now there would be plenty room for expansion, and it would have the added benefit of hitting $2.

Once we had all placings and warrants out of the way any profits could be used either against mining costs to hodl btc, or to initiate a share buyback.

One thing is for sure, Peter has a plan.

I can personally see the collapse of airlines and property firms leasing office and retail space in the next few months having a major impact on banks.

I hope I'm wrong, but experience tells me it gets worse before it gets better, that's why all my money is in shares.

Yes, simply that averages can be skewed significantly depending on the sample size.

If the sample is 5kg extrapolated out to 1t then a few nuggets would make impressive reading.
Conversely if the sample was 5t of ore reduced to 1t of concentrate it would average down.

I may be well off the mark as I have said previously, I do not pretend to be an expert in any way shape or form. Just seems like giving a initial sample size and end result would be a basic starting point for calculations.

My own concern was that if we don't know the initial sample size the end product is irrelevant.

I'm sure there will be multiple small RNS as usual so hopefully they take the time to clear up the confusion here.

I also struggled to fill on 212, split my trades into multiple small chunks of 1000, takes a while but does seem to help. I think the ISA will be moving to H&L in April.

H&L gave me instant quotes for my SiPP, topped up no problem.

This is exactly what I hoped would Happen, more capacity after the OTC listing.
