I am pretty sure that the regulations regarding disclosure of news are followed to a Tee.

Unless we made fantastic profit on the €550k of stock we purchased then I still expect further funds will be required when it comes to manufacturing new stock. As for the stock that remains with DSM, It would make sense, to me anyway, that they hold onto it and pay us when they use any for the premix and market ready solutions side of things. In turn we pay them a small warehousing fee. Surly that would be easier than shipping it to us only to ship it back when they need it.

So the By-Health RNS (or whatever its called in China).

I was referring to the Provexis ones that said "DSM Nutritional Products ("DSM"), has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement for Fruitflow® with BY-HEALTH Co., Ltd" which would make you assume the whole company.

But its all in the past now.

Must admit I don't recall any of the RNS's specifically stating DSM China. Need to read more carefully in future :)

Whether they had much involvement or not, the good thing is that they are not involved going forward which will obviously be better for us in the long run.

You are correct we don't know exactly what they but the collaboration was not specifically DSM China but DSM as a whole.

All we know is no products came out of the collaboration and DSM was not named in any of the studies that we already know about.

IMO. By-Health did not get the help from DSM that they expected and that is why they are no longer involved in the collaboration with Fruitflow.

No excuse when its simply supplements themselves that are selling but it will still show in searches for years.

This one, Vascumax from Storm, stopped using fruitflow in this product years ago but other retailers still mention Fruitflow in the ad, even though its not in the ingredients anymore and there have been others.

3. I saw a new patent "Use of Grape Seed Extract in the Preparation of Drugs Targeted to Eliminate Senescent Cells in the Tumor Microenvironment and to Inhibit Tumors". According to the previous ppt, it is said that there will be nad products in 23-26 years , Including many other Alzheimer's diseases mentioned before, Qingluosu, and new functions. Could be plenty of reasons why circulease is out of stock other than FF related.
