Yes. But to go from 533,215 to 760,000 shares does not account for all the delayed trades. IMO either he is still buying or someone else is but WTFDIK.

Could have been him or could be someone else.

After the placing there was approximately 533,215 shares unaccounted for this is just under 3% so if it was one investor (which I believe it was) we didnt have to be notified. The question is. Did Harpin already have 533,215 shares and has just been buying in the open market to get 760,000 shares and who has been buying the rest of them. I hope my maths is correct but would advise you to check.
