The trade price for the second (delayed) 8.5 million was 0.33p. At the time of the trade the bid was 0.31 and the ask was 0.33.

On the 6th of April it was "envisaged" that By-Health would launch a ff product in the second half of the year.
On the 29th of December the word "envisaged" was dropped as that date was obviously not going to happen.

Granted PXS should probably have given us an update on the collaboration to keep the shareholders in the loop but there is no regulatory requirement if there has been no change in the situation. If the "deal has fallen through" then I believe they would have to inform the market.

I am sure there will be an update (of sorts) in the preliminaries that are due shortly.

The RNS never stated that it "WILL" be in all stores people just assumed that. A bit like the Chinese products from By-Health RNS although I must admit that one is dragging on.

I may be wrong but I believe you can go into ant H&B store and if they dont stock it (ATM) they will order it for you and it will be delivered.

BB, Not saying you are right or wrong but just trying to understand what fair value for FF IP would be "IF" it ever came to selling it to DSM.

IMO it would need to be based on the total revenue and not an unknown (by us) % of revenue.

Unfortunately we dont know that figure so its impossible to say what its worth.

PXS was open about it at the time.
