As you know there have been a few recent articles from China regarding the relaunch of the 2 Qin Drinks, Original and lemon. Most of the articles quoted that the relaunched drinks contained fruitflow and Y-aminobutyric acid as it had on the original launch.

However, the new bottle does not have Fruitflow on the front label like it did on the old style bottle so I started doubting the articles.
The new Original flavor has only just started appearing on shopping sites and unfortunately I can see no sighn of FF or Y-aminobutyric acid on the bottle. Will the lemon flavor contain these ingredients???? Is there a Lemon flavor???? Or has it just been lazy journalism???

Unfortunately we don't have enough information to make an accurate guess.

Correct me if i am wrong (and I probably am) but from submission, Blue Hat should take around 34 weeks unless a Re-test and on-site verification is requested.

Going by the timeline in that link if by-health submitted in February then that reduces the 2 to 3 years by a significant amount as registration tests etc would have been completed already .

Best news we have had for a long time but a couple of point from the RNS that I can't quite get my head around.

So "blue cap and other regulatory submissions", what other regulatory submissions are they?

sphinx100 kindly provided a link about the approvals in China which explains that there are two types of approval. The "health food filing" system and "Blue Hat" registration.

Health food filing takes around 6 months and Blue Hat 2 to 3 years but Health food filing is only for "basic vitamins and minerals" according to the article.

2/ Ian Ford commented "The Company will provide shareholders with as much information as it can with regard to the timing of this commercially sensitive and potentially transformative process."

Now, apart from the above, and unless I have missed something, we haven't even been told when or if Blue Hat has been applied for yet although I suspect it has and it was supposed to have been applied for on February this year.
