Blue Hat is a little more tricky as we don't know when (or if) By-Health made its application.

There is no hint of either company buying us out but IF it was on the cards I would guess that ....
A/ DSM would wait until the alliance agreement runs out.
B/ By-Health would wait until Blue Hat was in the bag.

Interesting read on health food filing in China although, and I could be wrong, I believe Fruitflow will need to go down the Health Food Registration route.
