Good to SpEx out 5% of the company in a CFD/Spread bet .. They are not an intitution ..they are a bookie, they punt and hedge all the time on many AIM's .. Its will be interesting if existing holder snaped then up at an agreed price

Placing isnt the concern for me - Im more worried that they are planning to take it private - its happened to many AIM BIO's - however Holding RNS will clarify whats happen over the past week soon IMO

16,967,025 share traded at exactly 4p today - could be staight out sell or agreed trades between intitutions but its clear someone wants out urgently - im sure we will find out imminently SpEx fav - but not exactly encouraging buy signal

Spread x started life here with 5.57% of the company held in a CFD/SB and only 0.14% in shares

as of last RNS they held 2.19% of the company in CFB/SB and held 1.69 in real shares.

Make of that what you will - look way to much to be held on behalf of SB punters ..

My money is on spread ex - looking at the previous notications they have been closing CFD/spreadbet and buying shares but in total reducing holding - TBH I'm not so sure they were long on the CFD now, possibly buying back OBD shares on profits from the short? Its bound to be something dodgy - alothugh volume itsnt massive - its consistent and constant

I do understand that view - constant unxpained drop - followed by raise, Time will tell, but wouls seem odd for LO to add just over 2% prior to a placing ?

No Dug - it isnt, predicting thousands of tests and ££££s share price is ramping - and you are one of the worst.. in both directions. Theres plenty not to be happy with SP wise.

Anyway - Spread Ex still have a near 7 million long CFD / spreadbet still open on this @9p which could explain some action ? They are always in and out of AIM's Who knows - but the daily rise in volume over a dead period does look odd

Ive never ramped once - never predicted a share price - ever , or posted rockets and buy buy sell sell cr@p, I try to post research and developements - Icant remeber if 404x was ramping this , but duggie didn't stop (at 50p)

I really do think OBD has a fantastic suit of products, However I do also have to conceed that back to sub 5p was not my expectiation over the Jun - Sept, but thats life ..

Dusty - I think you read to much into that, wasnt aimed as a serious point at you or anyone really. just pointing out the FD responsibilites in the current Situ - its sits on his shoulders IMO. Not a huge fan of JB, but in bio timescales he's been rapid (at a cost) and delivered alot for such a small company. However given we are sitting at 5p feel free say what you like mate. for all we know Pension Investor is Steve Diggle letting off steam 😊

Im not for the burrows bashing myself, the FD has had more to do with the SP decline. To Get the Prowse up an running in double quick time is impressive and that scale dwarfs Cirrp - However I will be disppointed if we dont get that, would be great for OBD. Just have to sit back and wait its only been about 11 weeks since last update..

CRC and SCB - Ive discounted those as a lucky break if they happen TBH ..SCB is now in vets being anaylised , which according to OBD was at request of a potential partner .. taking it with a pinch of salt myself , but could change OBD over night with any sucess
