Hi Dusty - I think Jon and the team have done an excellent job getting these tests to market / codes/ labs etC in a very quick time, they look to have recruited well with the two vertical leads. I watched back through the previous presentations etc and they have achieved alot - However , having invested heavily in labs etc they do now need to grow sales - there no way on earth we can tell how much of a success PSE will be yet so those bits of news that keep coming are all going in the right direction ..I'm thinking the next 6 months may be quite eventful for OBD - That statemnt about Cirt currently being included in physician guidlines in 2 US Health care systems caught my attention - its there in plain sight.. I think we will get news on that soom / possibly results day

Hi All - You dont need a trial with tens of thousands, thats just silly - dont even to that for drugs.. Plenty of dianostoc test available and approved by NICE etc without that - But it is about building the health ecomonics case.. OBD have made thier path for this very clear - The TLC deal is a great example - real world evidence backed up by leading consutants - all that data will build the pefect evidence to submit to NICE in the UK and grow adoption, PSE isnt about mass screening its about Diagnosis. by the time Tramsorm starts PSE will already have 1000's of tests backed up with real world data - TLC is a world leader Prostate cancer treatment .

King - Maybe it will, its a non reg RNS, and no mention of revenue from a 5 years trial, which suggests its not of any material financial benefit.. may not cost much/anything, but these types of thing are normally tendered and subsidiesed to some point. One for the results Q&A

Good news, but not the focus of my attention - Not a trial of PSE itself, all good press but just like transform these trails do contribute to the bottom line, but nice to see

Im in the same boat - cant read all the rubbish posted on here, im far from convinced, but that TLC news is a very good one IMO and woke me up, However is does serve to demostrate the lack of faith at the moment. I was a buyer again sub 8p purely on the fact that they have bought time.. It funny how the market works - PSE was released - MKT Cap went to over 100milion in days - with no sales and only £5 million in the bank (and stated clearly they nneded funding before Jun2024) - now making progress - got £10 million, signed two good deals and only £22m - shows the contrast in investor confidence / mindset. I think even JB skin isnt think enough to not understand the reaction.. sentiment can change very quickly as we have seen -GLA

Look at the Clinical Urology Lead at TLC - Proffessor Prokar Dasgupta OBE. He is a world leader in the field and they have adopted PSE into thier rapid diagnostics centre - Its all there to see on the website , and this is not a back street badged up clinc. I get that Cirt numbers were dissapointing , but PSE has bearly been launched and is already in a world leading centre.

They are seeking a partner for this and appear to have done that priliminary work already, Hence the nect step. .. not going to use any real cash, nothing to get excited about either at this point in time, but good news in general .. All have huge markets. still think we have lots of news floww to come with PSE/Cirt this year - TLC is a huge step frowards for both -GLA

One thing that is annoying is how these thing pop up when they are years away (like PSE did) . but we have a new 94% Accurate test avaiablenow in the hospital that treated the king for Prostate Cancer.. You could write the article yourself.. one thing OBD should do is sack whoever does thier PR :)

Hardly a breakthough, not sure why that made a front page - marginally better than PSA, and vastly inferior to PSE nothing about transform, and miles behind - but TBH who care about a trial that will take 3 years + from now to draw any conclusion ? Im sure as shareholders you would like to see OBD focus its efforts and finances on that, Instead of having PSE abopted by one of the world leading Prostate Cancer Clinics ? Think of all that real world evidence being generated and followed through .. and it wont take 3 years to build a case for NICE etc. Some sore losers on these BB's.. OBD has some issues to address, but to go from a "unicorn" to betamax in 3 month is moronic

There a two sided view for me on OBD, I understand the that an issues to overcome and I think they have done a great Job getting the test produced and to market and medical codes, labs etc in such quick time. Market (and Jon) got way ahead of iteslf as it does 99% of the time.. OBD never even hinted the funds wouldnt be required by June 2024 in fact they stated it clearly in the August propectus.. talk off 600 test month etc was all in the BB wet dreams of people like Dug, However they didnt rise at all over thet period .. so massive dissapointment but interms of revenue only about $1 million miss, so nothing really changed other than sentiment and trust in the management (which is a big thing) but that doesnt cloud my view completely .. with PSA it was way to early to draw any conclusions and BUPA was never going to fly off the shelves - Process and education will be required , BUPA dont have hospitals and the oncologysts dont work for them - again they stated it wouldnt be reveune creating on 2023 (but fell of deaf ears) - So for me the last two announcements and BUPA in 2024 should start to make an positive impact. With the london Clinic we have world leading hospital run by pioneering consultants - with a goal of clinical excellence - PSE and CIRT will be used by TLC almost straight away IMO as there are no barriers. Also worth noting the following comment hidden in the placing

All to play for - Cash /Loss making /Placings are not any issue if the "vision" for growth can be seen. Unfortunately it all become very uncetain after the last car crash presentation

Just had a look at The London Clinc site , they have now integrated the PSE Test into thier website "Blurb" several pages highlighting thier advanced PSE Test. Seeing as this is exclusive hospital treating royalty, its a big endorsement. Unlike the BUPA deal , this is a hostpital not an insurer, PSE/Cirt sales aside it has world leading consultants. Very pleased with this development. Especially Given they recently treated the King for Prostate Cancer. See below,

I just googled PSA Test and Goodbody position nunmer 3 with a direct ad for EPiswitch PSE, Page and video much more professional. This is a good intial step forwards for OBD in UK, by default PSE will get a larger audience. Good body appear to get about 30k visits a month, and conducted over 250k tests in 5 years (all tests) PSE is also on the top row under all tests page. A good step in the right direction IMO.

I dont think its worth wasting your time .. Dug has interpreted almost everything wrong, takes him about 4 hours to read RNS from ulimate uniformed ramper and now "Placing due", it doesnt work etc.. TBH I feel sorry for him - Clearly sat there dreaming of millions - you can tell by the way you frantically post and only ever see one side that you overleveraged and blown your all money. retain a small holding (as if -chuckle) and now hang around venting your own inadequacies on the BB's..its sad. I not happy with OBD performance, and it didnt meet my expectations either, but the only one who has mislead investors is DUG .. how can you post "Placing , placing, funds etc " 8 weeks after they raised 10 million? and claim to want to debate facts , I do wonder where these people come from

Agree - I'm not 100% positive on this, far from it, but I do think now is a good time for breathing space and "relatively" low risk given the current SP and recent fundraising. We have a period of about 4-6 months IMO where developement news and sentiment could become much more positive, without the worry of funding. whist sentiment couldnt be lower.. Ive added quite a few over the past weeks, I will follow closely, but not waste time posting LSE etc

Todays news is an interesting development - Direct to consumer via an intermedairy. I think we can expect more of these via other Health Testing suppliers for PSE. PSE Test certainly has an easier sales path than CIRT.
