On the matter of shareholdings, if you look at earlier posts, you’ll see that I’m holding a load with no entry cost having top sliced way back, so the ups and downs of the sp is actually irrelevant. I simply don’t like duplicity which is what we appear to have, and a rabid defence of said duplicity.

Not product, but an actual WORKING product that they might actually be able to sell.....Until I see something that says " we have this box.....you pump hydrogen in at one end, and get electricity out of the other, and it works, and we will guarantee it will work for X years, and you can but it now" or " we have this membrane that you cant integrate into your fuel cell, which will mean that you can pump hydrogen in at one end, and get electricity out of the other, and we will guarantee that the membrane wont degrade for x years, and you can buy it now" then I am not convinced that we have a product, and all of the spin and rhetoric coming from AB really carries little weight.
No doubt this is an uncomfortable truth for "McRampup" , "not a sterlingmillionaire" and their new friend "Johnnyboy 999" but I say let me continue to question the validity of the purported stage of development of the company, and I'll not criticise for the three way onanistic mutual support straw grabbing excerise you currently seems to be engaged in.

I say it's more like some vermin infesting the board with a load if irrelevant tripe about potential applications for a product that , on current sales performance, doesn't actually exist. Let's all spout about the Extreme E thing, shall we, has anyone actually said that this was a market ready piece of kit, and not a demo unit developed specifically for the program, which wouldn't necessarily have to prove any operation of any significant duration without suffering from charge degradation?
Lets do a deal, you stop spouting about vermin, and posting a load of testes, and I'll stop asking whether the company actually has a product.....

There were many words that could have been used to convey the sentiment in the report, ranging from "Hope" through "anticipate" right through to "bloody well certain"..... AB chose to use "Expects" which everyone must surely agree tends toward the latter of the three. The decision on the choice of words will not have been taken lightly, and one can only conclude that it was done with a clear knowledge of what was actually deliverable. Failure to deliver requires some form of explanation / justification otherwise it simply looks like a cynical attempt at creating an artificial impression of where the company actually is in terms of product development.
I believe that, in order to stready the ship, and re establish confidence in AB's integrity, there should be some indication of the actual state of readiness of any of the products the company is purportedly trying to sell. (I say purportedly, as the company cannot even be bothered to respond to sales enquiries submitted via their website, which either means the email isn't monitored, or there isn't in fact a product available to sell, but they daren't admit it)

Never a truer word has been said. AB does indeed seem to be able to fool some of the people all of the time….

If the company were to announce a 1:1 rights issue tomorrow at a 12.5% discount at the prevailing price at open, who would take up the subscription, and if so, give an indication of the numbers they would subscribe for. I’d be interested to hear what level of commitment the optimists here would have …..

Just did a cut and paste of yours earlier, sorted a couple of typos but the sentiment is just as valid as yours. Question is, have we seen any news recently that has actually excited THE MARKET, rather than just getting you and McRampup all moist? The answer is no, if THE MARKET believed that the two deals announced actually amounted to anything significant by way of adding shareholder value, either short term, medium term, or even long term, then the sentiment would be somewhat different, there would be buy pressure, and we would have moved out of the narrowly defined channel we are currently in. Look at the current share price, I guess you have some great explanation for this, but the fact is, THE MARKET needs to see something of substance before we will see any meaningful movement. Admittedly there is time until D day. but as of now, it really is beginning to look like the rhetoric of early in the year was at best optimistic, and at worst downright misleading. No doubt you will counter "Ah well, it is AIM, you know" but that doesn't give anyone carte blanche to act like it's the wild west....

Ok, maybe the CHP was wide of the mark, but the "Boaty Mc Boatface" thing gives ample opportunity to keep on developing the next big thing whilst offering whole factory loads of jam tomorrow....Here's a novel idea, how about developing a little product that is actually functional in the real world, saleable and who knows, maybe even get a few orders in......Just a (some may say...heretical) thought......
