Oh, I see no binary yes / no responses, I guess that's a bit difficult, as it means pinning your colours to the mast and actually making a committal answer. Admittedly pretty easy if you're a "con man trader" and all that, as you're allowed to express doubts (well, you would do if this wasn't a totalitarian ramperdom) but pretty difficult if you're a delusionist, as it either means you're admitting that the emperor has no clothes, or happy for him to squander opportunities for exposure within what has been trumpeted as a target market (Oh, I forgot, we've now moved onto something else, and are lending stuff to builders so they can have a look at it, on what terms we have no idea)

And here we go, something positive said about the product, but not so positive about the fact that the company was nowhere to be seen, and we have the old “liar liar, pants on fire, not invested, blah blah” simply because it doesn’t fit your narrative, but when have truth and your narrative been close bedfellows?

The extreme e car was in the paddock being charged for its demo run. The BP chargers were all in the electric car area for which they were the sponsors….

My only concern was over is comment about needing large tanks of highly flammable hydrogen, which obviously is a hang over from the Hindenburg days, and I suspect that we will need to educate the public about how relatively safe hydrogen is….or, alternatively refer to it as an ammonia fuel cell if that’s ultimately the carrier for the hydrogen in order to get over the H fear factor

The chap explained how, out in the field, the system works as a combination of solar, fuel cell and battery. The unit they were using to charge the car was far more compact than I had expected…..

Well that was a turn up for the books, Extreme e car in paddock being charged. Guy I spoke to very enthusiastic about the way the vehicles are charged by the fuel cell…….
BP seemed to have the main EV thing tied up so no exposure there.

Wouldn’t categorise AIM as a ramper akin to Mc Rampup and 999 (who may be one and the same, as they seem joined at the hip, and 999 always seems to provide the affirmation for the McRampup drivel), but he does have the tendency to err on the side of positive, which is absolutely his prerogative…..
Going to Goodwood tomorrow so will be looking for anything AFC…..

I’m really so sorry that I’m not of such a sunny disposition as you all of the bleeding time! Maybe if we engaged in debate rather than diatribe we might actually get somewhere. Not once has anyone on here stated anything remotely critical and the response being “I don’t necessarily agree, have you thought about it this way” it’s always been “go for the throat” and that’s the thing that really dogs me off far more than the performance of the company and / or it’s CEO. To be quite honest, the majority of the very considerable stake I held for about 6 years was sold shortly after the Abramovich spike, and the residual holding (which is still significant) has been mentally written off, and if there’s a recovery, all well and good, but in the meantime, I really want to see constructive, even handed dialogue on the board.
And another thing! Jaknife…….didn’t necessarily agree with much of what he said, as he was really a more intelligent version of Ade, but his stuff was well crafted…..

As do probably 99% of the people posting here..... we all have the same aim, so why not pull together and look for common ground.

good news ........ST80...........does this actually carry any more weight than "a bloke down the pub told me" where is the provenance?

Conversely, it could be argued that those who take an even handed view on the likelihood of their investment coming good, and expressing some healthy skepticism are completely fed up with being lambasted and called : Bashers, Con man traders, doomsters and whatever by those who are so inflexible as to be unable to accept anything other than the self generated propaganda that everything is wonderful, and rosy, and that there is no room for healthy debate. It could in fact be argued that the constant flow of "positive, positive positive" from the Ramping Krew may well have contributed to the impatience with the company demonstrated by those who show the temerity not tow the party line, simply because, by your own actions, you have artificially raised expectation.
I say, if all of you in the "everything is rosy in the garden camp" are really so fed up with the fact that there are horrid people who don't agree with you, then why not all depart this board and go to that warm place where there are no dissenting voices, and you are all singing off the same hymn sheet.
That will not happen, because certain rampers will have no audience for their self opinionated bile (its very difficult to shout at someone who agrees with you all of the time) so here they will stay, continuing to spout their usual delusional drivel......

First and foremost. The Keir thing is POTENTIALLY very good news indeed. AFC needs a halo company being seen to be buying in if they are to attract the far wider market, which is vital if the company is to become the foremost purveyor of off grid power supply solutions, be they for construction site, or EV charging. However, it would be interesting to see what the terms of the partnership agreement are before jumping to conclusions about how good, or otherwise this is for the company.

However, the majority of the high level talent you refer to are non executive, and as such generally adopt a light touch advisory stance. I'm not rubbishing the board, just highlighting the fact that it's not a high level executive board.

Nope, no answers…….I’m guessing you do indeed think that a paid director investment a 1/640 of the Mcap represents skin in the game, and that you do believe that stifling dissenting voices is ethical. If this is the case , then looks like the board has become some totalitarian state where free speech is banned and on,y the jam tomorrow party line is accepted…..thought we fought wars to stop this kind of thing…..

Answer the question wet puddle, do you think that £250k total paid for investment in a multi million MCAP company is skin in the game. You don’t correct mistakes, you just come up with a load of hyperbole to divert away from the uncomfortable truth.
All this double dangler speak about driving down sentiment is nonsense, anything spouted on here will make jack s*** difference to the price, but bullying attempts to stifle dissenting voices could make some think they are in a safer place than they are, do you really think that this is ethical?
Please answer the questions asked…..
