Warrants issued under an EMI scheme carry no liability until the shares are sold. Even if it’s not under cover of an EMI, The tax isn’t going to be due until 31/01/25, so is there really an urgent need to offload now, when there’s serious jam tomorrow?

B3…..you know as well as I do that the use of battery was a relatively recent thing, this only became a part of the system when it became apparent that the systems weren’t capable of delivering the charge density required on an instantaneous basis, and could only work effectively as trickle chargers…..tell me this…..if you have a system nameplates at 100kw, and it can only trickle charge at 50Kw, what happens when there’s a full 100kw load requirement when the battery is depleted? Within the context of the above, your answer us complete nonsense…….please provide a sensible answer to the above.

Oh, my mistake, I thought you meant that, because they couldn't actually say that it delivered 100kw on demand but only cumulatively that it was still a work in progress.....can you do me a favour and point me in the direction of something that says it has indeed produced 100KW on an instantaneous and on demand basis.....

B3……so they’ve delivered Half a system…..and it’s been validated…….what exactly does “validated” mean then? Does it mean that it can produce 100kw on demand, as per its intended nameplate rating, or something else?

If you’re saying something else, then they haven’t delivered as expected, hence the discount applied……
