A stock ramper is someone who manipulates the market to cause a artificially bouyant sentiment on a stock with a view to establishing an artficially high stock price.

Greenwash…..there will be a Groundhog Day loop of product development trials that will generate nothing on the bottom line for the company, but the symbiotic relationship will keep the AFC dream alive whilst giving a nice coat of greenwash for the participant at very limited cost….nice!…..unless you’re expecting commerciality any time soon….

Maybe she’ll see the current low price as an opportunity to average down…..you never know, she may have taken Jonny boy’s advice and is lovin AFC, lovin AB, and all that…..and is lookin at all that lovely jam tomorrow…..

AFC never actually charged the extreme e cars directly, because the unit didn’t have sufficient capacity to charge in real time, all it did was trickle charge into a battery array, which accumulated the power ready for delivery…..Talking of EV’s, there is in fact a company in existence that offers a mobile EV charging service for those who run out of juice..it consists of a 300KW battery array sat in a small van…..you know, the kind of vans you see on building sites….doesn’t that look like a very simple, clean, viable alternative go a genset that sits on a smaller footprint than a fuel cell and associated gubbins?

Charge it up at night, deliver it to site, power the three kettles or whatever, drive it to the main grid charging station, and hey ho, ready to go the following morning…..

You're wrong......The company was entitled to receive £4.0M under the terms of the ABB deal. Assuming that company actually delivered the product as per specification, then they would be entitled to receive £4.0M. End of story.

The terms were altered so that, in addition to delivery the product that they had commissioned, they would receive shares which, at the point of the change were worth £2.0M.

Please explain how that DOES NOT REPRESENT THE COMPANY GIVING AWAY £2.0M OF VALUE THAT IT WAS ENTITLED TO RECEIVE.
