RE: Speedy JV29 Nov 2023 10:37

I shall repeat this from the hard of thinking. The company was formed with Speedy as the sole shareholder. The PSC notification was made at that time. The company has 14 days in which to file an amended PSC notification if there has been a change. This needed to be done by yesterday if there was indeed a change in control. It has not been done, so if there has been a change, then the company is in default of its obligations. As mentioned earlier, these tings are filed electronically, and even if posted yesterday, would be shown on the companies house website today. Ergo, the information I am quoting is either correct, and the company has complied with its obligations, or the information is outdated, and the company has not met its obligations....So which is it?
Answer the question, which is it?
